    ❤Yes to all❤ I feel like the rapidly confusing “rules” put out there for diets and health are really just for people and companies to take your money. Love how logical and realistic you are…MUCH NEEDED❤️‼️💥

    What’s the best creamer to put in your coffee? Dairy, almond, soy, oat?! So many choices!

      Hi Ashley 🌟 Thanks so much for watching! That’s such a great question. Honestly, I’d say the best option is the one you enjoy most-especially if you’re just using a splash. In that case, it’s unlikely to make a huge difference.
      My personal preference is regular dairy milk (not surprising, since I’m Irish-of course I’d say that! 😅☘️). Oat, almond, soy, and the rest are all great options too. But I would check the ingredient list, as plant-based creamers tend to have added sugars more often than dairy does. Hope that helps☕💛

    Maria, thanks for this video. ❤ And yes I noticed the moment I stopped leaving a 12 hour gap between dinner and breakfast the next day my IBS problems got worse and I always woke up bloated. But yesterday I intentionally ate dinner earlier and I actually woke up not bloated which is great 😊

    Maria, this was excellent… may I say you look slimmer.. I think changing the greens was clever because you get a variety of fruit and vegetables. Sitting while eating is easy for me, I never eat standing up. Adding various nuts. I have tea every morning..it is imperative for me. Anyway, as usual you have been really helpful. Thanks Maria..
