@@Reyalp-Lla not this combo but I practice all lars max damage combos , wall combos during the cracked version and his df1 can make ff4,1 or Se1+2 drop during a combo , its actualy like bug, even his orbital , into De2 then F1,2,3 doesnt connect sometime cause of the camera angle in certain map
@@OmniManEmpire Well, the cracked beta is different from the retail version. The lesser build isn't refined as the complete iteration, which will allow certain things to be possible. Though you could be right about the game being buggy. I've watched a few videos with strange interactions happening between characters.

Nice! I managed to find a different route for 79 damage. Ws3 - D2 - Dynamic 2 - 2 - FF4,2 f - 1 - B3 F - 3+4 it can be a little tight when you do ff4,2 but should be fine after that!
@@joelisdeking it's cool and all, but I think, that the main point is that it ends in SEN 3+4 because of the knockdown, oki and potential DEN 3 setups, leading to heat pressure
Finally a good lars combo vid, the only thing that would add the cherry on top would be changing the nomenclature to the image of the buttons but thats just for quality of like kinda thing.

Great video, I’ve found a combo that implements heat that does 85 it can be done with either UF 4, or F~B 2,1, but the combo goes UF 4 , F 3,2 , F123~F,1 , B 3~F 1+2, F 3,1 , Heat, F 3+4~F 1, 1+4 does crazy damage, and combo ender works off any combo though maybe not optimal as it does use up all your heat, but it’s a great combo of you know you can kill with it, thanks this video was good to compare mine and see what I could improve

Thanks for the description with the annotationd etc. :) Upon watching your description however, I've noticed that you've introduced timestamps for the combos, but your video has no section breaks! If you have the time to spare, maybe give each combo a small description of when to use (for example "00:00 Wall carry combo [insert inputs]", "00:10 WS1 starter [insert inputs]") so viewers can make use of your timestamps outside of the description :)

Love the combos, man! Been following ever since I found your vids on Tekken 7 and now Tekken 8. I find myself trying to connect FF4,2,1 -> B3-F1+2 consistently, so I decided to adjust it to FF4,2,1-F,1+2 to end the combo for 71 damage. Thought this might help someone still getting the combos down consistently. Will you also be making optimal combos for shorter distances?

Hello there, I am a pretty trash player in terms of experience but while practising the FF2~F,3 starter combo I had by accident found out that you can deal 1 point more of damage ontop of not switching sides (If you don't wanna be back towards the wall.) This could be useful for switching then going for a wallsplat on certain stages. Here is the route I found: FF2- F,3 - DF3~D,2 - F2,1-F1+2 - F3,1~B3,F1 I'm not used to writing out the code for each move but I'm certain this is right!
@@JusticeSoulTuna I was just messing around some more and it turns out the combo you use for FB2,1 can be done using UF4 and it does the exact same damage. So that combo is so good its actually usable on both launchers. "Edit" Just found out it can be done on F3,2 CH where you follow up with a 2nd F3,2 and you can then reuse this combo from the F1,2,3,1 for 79 Damage. No joke this combo is amazing for large maps thank you so much.
not sure if anyone has said this before but i was experimenting with high damage enders and i was able to get the den2 uf4 ender after a 9 hit tornado, im not exactly sure how i got it but it did a bit more than the sen3+4 enders I cant quite figure it out but im pretty sure i had to do a sidestep right to make it connect
Great video mate, just wanted to point some things out: WS3 combo - you can get 79 dmg if you do DE2 , 2 and then proceed with ff421 filler F1+2 combo (ark blast) - you can do 77 damage if you do ff2 into SEN1 after the tornado and for this one I am not sure if they removed it i gotta test that but on ff1+2 combo: if you SSL immediately after tornado you can DE2 into stomp ender, it worked on beta and combo did 83 dmg
@@JusticeSoulTuna Did you try them out? Btw I discovered for the CH FF1+2 combo, you don't have to ssl in order for stomp to hit, just move forward a bit after doing tornado then do DE2, UF4 and stomp hits for 83 dmg :))
Do you know why when I try to do FF4 after 2, that it comes out as F4? I turned on my inputs, and I'm getting 2 separate F motions, but it always comes out as F4 specifically, after I do 2, it comes out just fine otherwise
@JusticeSoulTuna what I changed that seemed to work was that I was bidding the 44 during the recovery of the 2. It seems like it eats any input during the 2 recovery so the 44 needs to be input afterwards, which feels real weird. New to Tekken, so idk if that's just how it works or what, but it takes some getting used to lol Thanks for the vid! I'm still bad but at least I have combos lol

Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, FF4,2 is (at the moment) the optimal route for several combo starters. I recommend substituting the 2 jab for a 1 jab in the combo, for consistency. I hope that helps.
I’m struggling with that first combo, sometimes the B3~F1+2 doesn’t land and sometimes it does… I’m having trouble consistently getting that move during the combo at 0:00 … any tips?😢

@@JusticeSoulTuna one more thing if you don’t mind✨ still labbing the combo, and I find it’s still dropping at that point. But I’ve made note of the fact that when I delay the FF4,2,1 by a millisecond, the combo technically drops (damage resets) but I can still pick up/float as if it didn’t, so I can finish the combo. I’m pretty sure the damage is still the same. Do you think I can rely on that to always work as I have my cpu set to roll to left immediately?
You have to time it right, and yes: set CPU to roll/ getup if you drop the combo. It's better to get the combo right than risk a reset, because if FF4 is blocked, you're VERY unsafe.
hey JST amazing combos as always. couple of questions, 1 does ws1 into uf3 work for all chars or large males only like in T7 ? 2 How do you keep people stepping lars ? since almost everything whiffs on SSR and b1 is -9 and you lose your turn on block. - If you meant WS1 into UF3, YES it's consistent for every character now. I use it all the time! - I tend to mix up my pokes, not commit to strings, and I use my own tracking moves like B1, B1+2 and now DEN3. I hope that helps!
I precisely time most combos, but some inputs in certain combo routes can be mashed a little bit to confirm, but it's best to avoid that because it can actually mess up sometimes.
Sorry about that - I noticed later that I didn't include it! Here's what I recommend: CH DB4 - WS4 - 2 - FF4,2,1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,1 - B3~F,1 You can replace the '2' jab with 1 jab for more consistency. I hope that helps.
Another insane Lars video JST💙 I just wanted to recommend another good uf4 combo for bit more damage: Uf4-f3,2-f1,2,3-f3,1-b3,f1+2-f3,2-uf,4 Good carry with around 80 damage
If you end the FB2,1 combo with F3,2,UF4 you’ll do 2 extra damage, though keep in mind this will side switch you, for some that may not be worth the 2 damage. The combo should do 79 damage without a counter hit, with counter hit it’ll do 81 damage for 12 hits, pretty nice combo. And on counter hit Sen2 you can change out the 3+4 ender for 1 instead, it’ll do the same damage, won’t have the issue of accidentally messing up the double input, and it has a bit more wall travel so you might get an extra point of damage from a wall hit more easily. That said all this stuff is very minor optimisations. Props the creator for finding all these combos and cataloguing them for everyone.
@@JusticeSoulTunaAhh yeah, makes sense. I just edited my comment too btw about Sen 2. If you switch out the 3+4 for ender for 1 it’ll do the same damage with more wall carry so you have easier time getting an extra point of damage from a wall hit and you won’t have to worry about accidentally messing up the double input. That said this is all really nitpicky stuff. Mad props for finding these combos and making a video for everyone, this video helped me a ton in making some combos for online play. I usually main Jin, but I’ve always played some Lars on the side since T6.
I also found out you use the 2,UF4 ender for the CH FF1+2 combo it’ll do 2 extra damage as well, but that requires a very specific time. I think you need to delay the F3,2 slightly for it to land properly.
For WS3 try WS3~D,2 - 1 - FF4,2,1 - DF3~D,2~UF, 4 it does 85 dmg, and 90 on Counter, idk it it's optimal but it's good when you need to finish a round without wall
The first combo has always been bugging me cause of how inconsistent it is, sometimes the SEN 1+2 just whiffs and doesnt do the screw Is it because i press 4 too early after ff? If it is then damn im gonna have a hard time making it right, a split second difference of pressing a button just seems harsh to me, hope i see some insights from other Lars mains🔥
It is a little finnicky, and tbh there's much easier, more consistent combos for Ark Blast. I included it just because it's optimal. It is a timing thing, for sure.
That's my staple combo as well. However, there's a better option: CH DB4 - WS4 - 2 - FF4,2,1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,1 - B3~F,1 = 75dmg Add another 2 jab to make it 77 damage. Hope that helps.
I tested half the combos here for an hour (I don't know the character yet) and I really struggle with the first one, as I don't really understand why sometimes the df3-2 is losing the combo. Also I find it really hard to put ff421 after it. I will try hard more but with the online having lag (rarely) I dont think I will be able to make it consistent. I easily achieve the ff4, fb2-1...
For the DF3~D,2 combo route, I advise doing DF3 and maintain holding Down-Forward, and tap 2 when Lars spins. It's a timing rhythm that takes a while to get used to. As for the FF4,2: it is a little finnicky after the 2 jab. Replace it with 1 jab for a much simpler combo. Total combo damage is only 2 less damage. So not bad. For easy alternatives, try: F1+2 - DF3~D,2 - 2 - DF1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,1 - B3~F,3+4 F1+2 - DF3~D,2 - 2 - DF1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,2~UF4

Unfortunately, yes, when the network connection is laggy, simpler combos are better. But it's important to know the optimal combos, especially for tournaments!
Man i love playing with lars But in Tekken 6 i can't do this combos Is Tekken 6 bad so it can't be perfect like Tekken 8? Or it's just me who can't play good ? And the game is sick and cool You are a pro
I just wanted to focus on standard combos that can be used anywhere. I've made two other videos which cover wall carry, and will be making a separate video about wall specific options.
Depends on your controller, to be honest. We use these input codes because it's relevant across all controller types. Check the description for input explanations.
FF4,2,1 isn't a string, but FF4,2 into 1 is a combo, so I write it in the input text that way, so that people just dial in those buttons. And the combo does work, we use it all the time.
sorry man as a new player i thought it wasnt possible, but i practiced further but got stuck at the b3 f so i found another combo from that that had a bit more dmg for the first clip of the video, however his ending legit isnt possible ahaha. yours is@@JusticeSoulTuna

It might be because you're pressing the FF4 too fast, and it comes out only as F4. Happens to me too.

You have to time it right, and yes: set CPU to roll/ getup if you drop the combo. It's better to get the combo right than risk a reset, because if FF4 is blocked, you're VERY unsafe.

1 does ws1 into uf3 work for all chars or large males only like in T7 ?
2 How do you keep people stepping lars ? since almost everything whiffs on SSR and b1 is -9 and you lose your turn on block.

- If you meant WS1 into UF3, YES it's consistent for every character now. I use it all the time!
- I tend to mix up my pokes, not commit to strings, and I use my own tracking moves like B1, B1+2 and now DEN3. I hope that helps!

I precisely time most combos, but some inputs in certain combo routes can be mashed a little bit to confirm, but it's best to avoid that because it can actually mess up sometimes.

If you end the FB2,1 combo with F3,2,UF4 you’ll do 2 extra damage, though keep in mind this will side switch you, for some that may not be worth the 2 damage. The combo should do 79 damage without a counter hit, with counter hit it’ll do 81 damage for 12 hits, pretty nice combo.
And on counter hit Sen2 you can change out the 3+4 ender for 1 instead, it’ll do the same damage, won’t have the issue of accidentally messing up the double input, and it has a bit more wall travel so you might get an extra point of damage from a wall hit more easily. That said all this stuff is very minor optimisations. Props the creator for finding all these combos and cataloguing them for everyone.

If you switch out the 3+4 for ender for 1 it’ll do the same damage with more wall carry so you have easier time getting an extra point of damage from a wall hit and you won’t have to worry about accidentally messing up the double input. That said this is all really nitpicky stuff. Mad props for finding these combos and making a video for everyone, this video helped me a ton in making some combos for online play. I usually main Jin, but I’ve always played some Lars on the side since T6.
I also found out you use the 2,UF4 ender for the CH FF1+2 combo it’ll do 2 extra damage as well, but that requires a very specific time. I think you need to delay the F3,2 slightly for it to land properly.

For WS3 try WS3~D,2 - 1 - FF4,2,1 - DF3~D,2~UF, 4 it does 85 dmg, and 90 on Counter, idk it it's optimal but it's good when you need to finish a round without wall

It is a little finnicky, and tbh there's much easier, more consistent combos for Ark Blast. I included it just because it's optimal. It is a timing thing, for sure.

It is. I recommend swapping the 2 jab or a 1 jab - MUCH easier, and only 2 less damage in the overall combo.

Best I’ve got is 71 damage.
CH DB4, FC DF2, DB2, F, SE1+2, FF4, 2, DE1, B3, F, SEN3+4 (or SEN1).
That's my staple combo as well. However, there's a better option:
CH DB4 - WS4 - 2 - FF4,2,1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,1 - B3~F,1 = 75dmg
Add another 2 jab to make it 77 damage. Hope that helps.
I tested half the combos here for an hour (I don't know the character yet) and I really struggle with the first one, as I don't really understand why sometimes the df3-2 is losing the combo. Also I find it really hard to put ff421 after it. I will try hard more but with the online having lag (rarely) I dont think I will be able to make it consistent. I easily achieve the ff4, fb2-1...
For the DF3~D,2 combo route, I advise doing DF3 and maintain holding Down-Forward, and tap 2 when Lars spins. It's a timing rhythm that takes a while to get used to.
As for the FF4,2: it is a little finnicky after the 2 jab. Replace it with 1 jab for a much simpler combo. Total combo damage is only 2 less damage. So not bad.
For easy alternatives, try:
F1+2 - DF3~D,2 - 2 - DF1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,1 - B3~F,3+4
F1+2 - DF3~D,2 - 2 - DF1 - B3~F,1+2 - F3,2~UF4

Combo one doewnt work. Ff4 into 2 1 is not a string
FF4,2,1 isn't a string, but FF4,2 into 1 is a combo, so I write it in the input text that way, so that people just dial in those buttons. And the combo does work, we use it all the time.
