I believe Indian girls are not allowed away from their hometown mostly because of fear and apprehension. It's not only about being overprotective, but many cities are not so safe for young single woman. Sad but true..., Relatively Korea is very safe for women even during night time, so their parents don't feel bothered when they are far away from Home

College is not cheap in India.. usually we have entrance exams in government colleges and after clearing that.. deserve one get admission whose education is sponsored by government (by tax payers ofcourse) .. originally we have very high fees of government college too, students just don't have to pay that much ! And colleges like Amity are private institute so they are costly
