Do we need to keep the radiator flush outlet open while running distilled water ?

No finish video! Dude … I think pushing water balls through the heater core would work I just need to see what happens when you do it

So I picked up some radiator flush, a similar bottle all I have to do is get it to operating temp than flush it with water til it's clear?

Fill it with radiator flush in reservoir them get it to temp and turn on heater till hot then ig just flush out again and fill with actual coolant then heat up to temp

Did the heat start working with just the flushes or was there more to it? I'm having the same problem with my 2011 Jetta.

I heard if you don’t burp the system and have air in there the heater core won’t heat. So your initial issue could’ve been air in your system. Just a thought.

@@yagairasolorio1495 No I didn't find anything. I'm still waiting on my car to be serviced. But my system needs to be flushed. I looked in my coolant expansion tank and there was lots of gunk in there. So if you see that too it's likely the heater core is just as clogged up and is going to have to be flushed

@@TheBanny16 my car doesn't have the type of system that needs to be burped. It does it by itself. I forgot the name for it
