The only house that I saw a little bit of excitement about was the one with the pool. The others were pretty much the same and didn't seem to offer much space for your family and no perfect spot for a studio. Maybe you need to keep looking...I am sure you will find the perfect place for your family.

How about adding one big room at the back of the house...it can be your music and dancing room. Less noice.if there is no neighbors at the back then it’s good. Have the room insulated.. noice free....and the bonus it’s inside the vicinity of metro Manila...later , when one get married then minus one, r minus 2

Good luck with your house hunting. I didn't think the houses in this video would meet your needs (like I know all of your needs, LOL) though the last one was the best of them to me. With your practicing, I'd be worried that the neighboring houses were so close that they might complain about the noise from your music. Hopefully you can find a house that has a little more space from your neighbors. About a pool, while they are great on hot days, be aware that they require 10 or 15 minutes of maintenance daily. Checking the pool chemistry and adding chemicals as needed to keep the pool chemistry in balance. While I don't know how expensive things would be in the Philippines, I would expect that it won't be overly expensive but it would be an ongoing cost.
Dont rush into ANYTHING ladies ....probably the most important decision of your life ....apart from marriage that is .
