Tight work Adam and C.J.. Your passion for fishing and diving reminds me of myself. I've had a couple of Christmas' that I spent fishing. In '98 ( neither of you were born yet LOL) A charterboat captain called over the radio if someone would like a pallet loaded with wahoo and dolphin for Christmas? My buddy Joe and I asked where he was at.... the Beeakers.... We were off Dania. That captain stayed that pallet for almost an hour. When we arrived he disembarked. We crushed them. We ended up with 24 wahoo between 15 to 25lbs and 16 dolphin between 10 and 38 lbs. I guess the parents decided to show up after the CB left and sunset was underway. We were low on fuel decided to go inside Boca inlet for the stop and go trek back to John U. LLoyd State park. Of course God made sure that we did not run out of fuel and had a box and deck cooler filled with beautiful gifts. A reminder, always bring enough ice. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the " Movin' Weight" posse!!!!

My grandfather used to commercial fish out of West Palm in the 80's. We would catch "greenies" on sabiki's at Jupiter inlet. Are these sardines the same thing?

How do you connect your weight to leaders? I see your buddy was able to pull it off super quickly @7:03 . I use pop swivels and they are a pain to deal with when you’re fighting a fish. Thanks

That's why I use a left hand reel, pull with my right arm, crank the reel with my left. I see fishing people--all day, casting with their right arm--then switch it over and reel. Switch back to cast--switch back over to reel--hard to understand.

Have to correct you there, Jesus was not born on Christmas, probably more in late summer or fall, Christmas was the Germanic Jul fest which was just taken over by the christian church. why'd you dead boat it if you knew it was a trophy fish? if it was scoping up why not motor over to it to try and get a gaff in it sooner than later, ive had way too many chafe or pull hook after 10+ min fights.
