    How do we approach this process?
    - We have a 4 step recruitment / vetting process in which we calibrate the english level, technical and soft skills:
    1. Screening and English Assessment
    2. Tech stack assessment
    3. Theoretical & Live Coding Assessment
    4. Cultural fit interview
    Upon acceptance, you'll receive the candidate's profile and interview them.
    Keep your process to a maximum of two interviews, as the candidate has already completed a rigorous four-interview process with us.
