Any tips for finding good waves? I have a lot of sand underneath my waves so not much form. I am trying to branch out and find different spots so i can practice some airs, rolls, etc.
Surfline is a good option to see cams and where the best waves are. Otherwise speak to the locals in your area. Bodyboarders are usually pretty chill and will get you on some fun waves.

I started bodyboarding at Strand pipe 😂 i surfed kalk bay and seapoint for years myself before moving to the UK
