I've always had issues with the stickers clipping through parts of the car and this video showed me how to stop that issue with out just usingg blank blocks. THANK YOU!

why don´t you guys use illustrator instead of photoshop to make your logos? it´s way better for making vectors and you can save them as .svg directly

The sponsor logo sizing is by far the most important point, and something I immediately judge shared designs on GT Sport by... There are so many 'designs' that just slap a massive logo in the 'correct' part of the car and think that's it done.

You forgot the most important tip. Making your own decals and NOT vectorizing a png file, just make them vector based in the first place, so you don’t end up with (pardon my language) SH1T quality. I hate seeing bad decals uploaded…and also there is a tool online that gets file size down on said svg if it has a lot of detail and exceed 15kb.

I always search Google for color palettes. I suck at mixing colors haha.
Also, the decal/angle limit is hella HELLA helpful to prevent clippings - I definitely agree. I've been seeing tons of liveries on Discover and most of them have clippings (mostly on the spoilers/wings).
And on the topic of search, I recommend to search for liveries or decals via the site instead of in-game because you can search via Popularity instead of Upload Date. It's helpful if you're looking for a logo that is obscurely used and you're lazy or can't do it yourself.
I only use the Livery Editor to change a road car's rims/body color, but I'm now slowly getting the hang of making complex liveries! I'll definitely have to use custom decals of course.
4:40 Yeah I take this super seriously. I made a car that was sponsored by Panasonic with a tiny sponsor from GoPro, and removed GoPro because I didn’t know Panasonic also made action cameras lmao.
I always try to make sure sponsors have absolutely nothing to do with each other, or have any conflicts of interests. Because you wouldn’t have two rival brands IRL.
Does anyone else is having issues on the menu , is really slow, not sure if its because I duplicated designs or because I have some logos. But on the Ps5 it use to run well but now is slow on the menús

Simple liveries can be good, but it's amazing how non-simple some can be. I offended someone unintentionally by calling his livery simple, it only had 3 decals I could see. I meant it as a compliment, while taking a jab at people who just change the color. But his livery had 200 layers, even though only 3 decals that look simple are visible, but nonetheless the livery looked cool.
I have some amazing liveries of my own. I tend to go for the more picturesque ones, but I started doing more of my own, and made many that surpass my own expectations of my artistic abilities.

Hi, I am a livery making guy in GT Sport. I am struggling with livery making because of there are no right decals and my main account cannot post decals so I am using another one for that. But when I make the decal it usually becomes bad but when it does make it the livery does not look good sometimes. Sometimes I get happy about my work but it hardly gets recognition, like yesterday I made a 917 Longtail Hippie replica and not that many people have seen it. Livery tips are usually a subjective opinion but still there are room for improvements but sometimes I think I am trying too hard.
as long as you enjoy your time with the editor it's fine - a lot of people do not browse ingame. maybe show ur stuff via screenshots at instagram or facebook?

My tips are to use gradients and have lots of symmetry. The “spherical” camera option is perfect for this, and you can literally just scale squares all around and have a decent lookin helmet in ten minutes.

The thing with numberboxes and tyre brands is all preference tho, creating liveries can be done in different ways
