In front of the main entrance, there is an arch leading to the front lawn that is not centered. Also, there is an odd cluster of low shrubbery to the right just inside the arch that is completely off center. There should be a tree in the center of the shrubbery ,or a matching cluster of shrubbery on the left side. Perhaps I am simply having an OCD moment, but I notice things like that. Otherwise, the interior and exterior to this estate are exceptional.

Drew Mann - The shoot (aka film) is not 25 million. It was built for 25 mil. But this is spectacular footage, so pretty hefty I would think. House it at 13.8 mil selling price and soon to drop again.
