Hey Mike, great video! Do you know when you’ll be getting new Daytona 1904’s in stock? I have a 1904 off a Ford 144 inline 6, but I would like to put it onto a Ford 200 inline 6. Do you think a rebuild + swapping the main jet would be sufficient or should I look for a 1904 with a larger throttle blade and Venturi?
I think swapping the 1904 will work. Try one size bigger jet. I never know when we will get the new ones. We have them on order constantly. Order 200 and we get 100 kind of thing.

i was watching one of your older videos on carbs and i have a question and a comment.. i have a 2004 mercrusier 3.0 with two barrel mercarb and prob is i cant use that linkage that has that little piece on bottom for flood starting that you talkead about adjusting by just bending it .. cant remember what its called and the reason I cant use it is, the carb sets too low on intake and wont let it move but carb came with another type that dont have that on it so I have to use it. my question is without it what will my problem be and are there a fix , maybe something like a in or 2in carb riser? also what or how do you set the one air mixture on bottom of carb? someone got a hold of it and started turning on it and id like to get it set back where it should be? can you advise and thank you I just found you videos and sub to them.. its got a rough cold ideal..its a brand new carb also and just rebuilt engine back stock if im remember correct when i redone it and adjusted valves each cylinder had around 120 PSI
