This is oh so cool to watch the musicians and the conductor enjoying their performance. I will go to bed with a smile and pleasant thoughts.

Pure Copland, pure Americana. So much said with the simplest of harmonies. What an amazing performance.

A beautiful performance of this Copeland work with a very small ensemble. I've never heard it played better. Thank you for sharing.

This chamber performance is a revelation. Like the original string sextet version of Schoenberg's "Transfigured Night".
Beautiful, intimate, expert playing from the heart.
    Stunningly well microphoned too.
Is there anything you gals and guys at La Jolla Music Society don't do to perfection?
    🤣🥰😘
Thank you with much love, Andréa

An exquisite performance. Stripped to the minimum of instruments, the purity and love Copland wrote shines like a jewel

Excellent. You added an additional player. Copland, in his 1973 recording, added two extra violins to make their sound more robust.
