I have Autism, but, I am high functioning, so, I know what it's like, so, Ashy, you are the sweetest little girl ever
I do to I'm also high functioning, I do know what it's like I do elope sometimes but I have a worker
I’m glad ashy got a chair to prevent eloping.
Aww poor Ashy! I’m glad she got snow cones 🍧 🥰
Why she cry ashy
🥰🍧
Thank you so much for sharing this. We struggle with the same things with our son but most people do not understand
Lots of kids elope because they’re curious about the world around them or excited what they’re looking at as they walk around. The kids also don’t see the danger behind eloping the way adults do. I did that when I was little (it’s different for everyone but for me I did it as a little kid). Part of it is because I had a harder time asking or communicating like “I want to go there” or “Look at that lake over there.” My dad used to have a tendency to hold my wrist as tight as he can and I hated it. It was so painful and he was too stubborn to listen. My parents didn’t really understand. They just see it as “Oh no Leah is going to do something dangerous!” which I do get because eloping is dangerous. I’m glad Ashy has the transport chair so she can go for an extra ride. All we can do is tell her that we understand her feelings (which is sometimes why I fight with my parents too because they don’t get my emotions. They just understand theirs) and how cool it is but we need to be safe.
I had been the same way even before the first time I went to Mexico which was a reason my mom literally had me in a harness type of thing and I think she was able to pull it back to prevent me from running off somewhere in the first place I didn’t understand why she ever did it but either way good thing she did because there’s a lot of dangers in Mexico that could happen but now that I’m almost 20 I don’t use any safety thing in public because I know better to stay by someone I know I would also keep the same mentality if I got to go to Mexico for the first time in years since the one and only time I did as a toddler because I wouldn’t be ok with some creep trying to do something bad to me in situation of that I would know better enough to raise my voice loud enough for someone to hear that way the bad person could leave me alone and be taken away by anyone near by but I too hated the way that when I was younger my dad always tightly held my hand just to keep me from being anywhere else not near him and my mom and let me tell you my dads grip on me was painful I’d have tantrums just to make him stop because I hated how it felt anytime I would be out in public but thankfully I’m older now and I know better if I wanted to go somewhere to explore more of I would be with my brother and sister
I see Ashy still had fun. That wheelchair is a lot of fun. The snow cone is so delicious
Why she is born wheelchair and after she cry my poor ashy oh my princess ashy went go in eat but ashy watch it's dangerous no Ashley
Aww she really wanted to get in that water, omg she was so upset, but your absolutely right, safety first stroller absolute must!!!! Wow that must be hard for you guys to see her like .💕💕💕 yummy slushy, Alize hair looks beautiful.
Even if Ashy didn’t like being in the wheelchair, if shes not able to control her urge to elope and isnt able to understand safety then it is best, she’ll thank you for it one day.
I’m so glad that Ashy has a stroller to keep her from running off.

My son use to elope so bad i cry almost everyday and as so scared taking him outside because he will elope every time. Thank God for all his improvements now based on natural diet. He barely runs away again.
Also one more thing, my parents make that same mistake too whenever they argue with me. When you find yourself fighting with your kid, step back for a second and then find a solution to deal with the situation. Also telling her a social story might help. Just a food for thought.
I also have some questions for Ashy. 1. With the water park and the swimming pool gone thanks to COVID taking over our lives, what water activities do you like to do? Do you go to the sprinkler outside and do you like to play with water balloons?
2. What is your favorite Italian Ice/ Slushy flavor?
3. If the water park and pool does open, what is your favorite part of the water park and the pool?
When I was younger when it is hot outside in my area, whenever my dad watered the plants, I would go outside in my swimsuit and he would playfully spray me with the hose or he would turn on the sprinkler. Whenever I walk in town on a hot day and whenever there is a sprinkler on the sidewalk, I would put my hand on it or let it spray on me for a second to cool off in this dreaded heat. I also loved swimming in the ocean and in the pool. Whenever I see a swimming pool, I always ask how deep the pool is or look at the signs.
She tried so hard to do nice hands 🤝 has ashy had swim lessons? Autistic children usually turn out to be good swimmers
At the and she carry Ashley
What Vocal Stims And Noise She Makes?
It’s a good thing your mom looking out for your safety ok Ashy
Our son is 9 and also runs from us. We are going to talk to our dr at the next physical
Aww ashy! I’m glad your using nice hands and you got a snow cone 🍧 lucky you. Thank you for sharing friend. You guys are an awesome family ♥️ #autismawareness
I understood that Ashy thought the lake is a water park. It's because of the roaring fountain.
I love the water too. It looks fancy.
@@leahsincelejo7641 the public lake is no place to swim!
@@mwand89 I’m well aware it is no place for swimming. I’m just complimenting the lake.
@@leahsincelejo7641 I'm not from language's sorry I'm just French please 🥺

Thank you so much for sharing. I feel a little less alone after seeing this.
The best thing bout ashy is how absolutely gorgeous and beautiful she is she is someone who just wants friends and I'm willing to be friends with such a great sweet loving girl y'all make my day love you guys
Cute ashy here watching and catching up mama
Truly appreciate your time and video
It’s alright girls don’t listen to your sister Ashy just have a good day by the Ocean Water. she has autism and I had my friend in Ms. Maloney’s class named Nathaniel and he had some special needs I wish Ashy can talk so she can tell her family what she wants.
It just depends on the person with special needs every one is different and we care about people even their having a rough day. It’s okay everyone has rough days sometimes and it is part of life.
Ooh cool wheelchair
🙈

i HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS AUTISM
you guys need to learn restraints.
Not necessary.
We have our safety precautions specifically for Ashy!!
I’m not sure what you mean but i think it’s better to keep ashy in the wheelchair or on a harnesses
@Alexandra Williams that sort of punishment doesn’t work for autistic people. Taking away her AAC device will make her behavior worse.
@@AutismlifewithAshy hey I have good new that may make ashy happy if she likes making new friends correct??
