I just wanted to add my own experience with Marcons. My MSH was below the detectable level on the lab test so as soon as I started passing VCS tests my Dr had me start the Xlear spray. I ordered the "Xlear Rescue" spray which is the one that has the Oregano, tea tree, pau d'arco, etc in addition to the xylitol saline mixture and this was way to much for me. The die off made me super sick with nausea, headache. So I ordered the regular "Xlear" spray that is only xylitol saline with what seems to be a very tiny amount of grapefruit seed extract, I'm assuming to avoid microbial growth in the bottle. I could tollerate this slowly working up to 2 sprays each nostril 3 times per day. After I could tolerate for a couple weeks I added colloidal silver spray inbetween(not to close so that saline wouldn't make silver ineffective). I did this for several weeks and then slowly swapped the regular Xlear sprays with the stronger Xlear Rescue spray. That worked really good for me with no extra suffering. 😅 Just for anyone looking for options to discuss with your Doc.
I am watching these in order so forgive me if this is answered later in the series...but this is the second time I've heard you mention having to switch from Cholastyramine to Welchol be because people "don't like" it. I just can't fathom why anyone would waste their time switching to something half as effective. My OD put my family on a pure powder form of CSM right out the gate. We order it from a compounding pharmacy and it is completely tasteless. I mix it into 2 oz of grape juice (the only one that mixes well) or apple sauce. I have a 5yr old and 7yr old and they have zero complaints and zero changes to bowel movement as well. Is there a good reason why you only try this "orange clumpy" CSM? Is there a reason tou don't use the pure powder?
What do you mean when you say biotoxin inflammogens? From reading Dr. Neil Nathan’s work, it seems that every binder excels at binding certain mycotoxins, but no binder binds all types of mycotoxins (including CSM). It seems like you may have been referring to binding something in addition to mycotoxins.
The biotoxins in chronic inflammatory response syndrome cause inflammation. Inflammation causing molecules, chemicals, etc, are referred to as inflammogens. The inflammogens from water damaged buildings are bound best by Bile acid sequestrants, other binders can be used for spinning specific mold related toxins, but you have to remember that 80% of water damaged building related illness is not from mold, but from actinomyces and endotoxins or which we discussed in detail in our series.

VIP is "vasoactive intestinal peptide". It's a peptide that can be used to rebalance the innate immune system, treat leaky gut and leaky brain once the person is ready for it. It tends to be the last step in CIRS treatment.

Hey I'm curious what happens if you develop mcas/histamine issues if you treat cirs will the mcas /histamine go away since you treated the root cause?
