i did exactly as you do. but at some point while updating, (i don't remember if the update was completed) it said something went wrong and stopped. i tried several times to do the reset, but unfortunately now the connection to the laptop-iTunes don't appear and i can't do the same process. any ideas?

why my computer window and mac does not popup and have ano any option to restore and update?
