BS on this IBS shit,..true,..your large intestine is inflamed,...but listen patients,...the little cillia in tbe gut, also not the problem,...the problem/pain comes from when the front end of the lg int is squeezed closed,...but the backend of the small section, is squeezing towards the front end but the front end wont "unsqueeze,...and the section inbetween,...balloons up,...even more with each section squeezing towards the front,...and that is the searing hot knife pain,...until that front section unlocks or enough pressure from the back end builds up enough to push the matter through that squeezed shut section,...oh god, trust me i know,...and when those squeezed sects are at your transverse colon that passes by your stomach,...thats when you have the nausea and vomiting,...that is the Vagus nerve involvement,...same nerve that gives you that hunger feeling,...you know, as i do,...the nausea feeling is an explosive sensation of feeling hunger,...immediately after my severe morning pain/nausea/vomiting episodes,...my nausea sensations would ebb down into feeling hunger pangs,...trust me,...i know,...i went thru this for years,..steroids,...sulfasalazine teflon coated pills,...belladona pills,...6-7years of living a disability life with very little releif,...untill i accidentally discovered a pharmacuetical releif and treatment and 11 years later discovered a natural food cure i wished i knew before an antibiotic pill once aday for 11 years...but anyway,....25 years later,...i wish i knew,....here it is,...but seedless watermelon,...a good 2" circular slice,...of a small-med melon everyday,...after about 6days,...maybe 8 to 10 days, you will see improvement,.....i had an episode of explosive diahrea where loperamide tabs, 4-5 before every meal,...everyday for 3 and months,...even a 5 day script of,oh whatbwas that antibiotic,...didnt touch it,...then, melon season came back in and 6 days later, bang!,...diarhrea stopped...
