I only got slightly nervous after I made a mistake (between 1:50 and 1:55). I made a wrong move, apparently, and I went up like a bag in the wind 🛍 Wasn't supposed to happen! The people operating the machine are very professional though, and they turned the wind power speed down a notch, accordingly, so that I could slowly come down.
You're pretty much safe, as long as you wear a helmet and you're with an experienced and knowledgeable instructor! However, I've read about indoor skydiving accidents involving spinal cord injuries, after which people became quadriplegic (or partially paralyzed), so it's never 100% risk-free.
