What I do with stickers I don't like.. even if the books are different.. find stickers that are close to the same color and like you said.. slap them down.. it turns out pretty good most of the time.
Not a fan of those small stickers either. I've seen a few planners use them to renumber/redate their weeks. I think that works best in the vertical or skinny layouts because of the space at the top of the page and boxes. BTW, I love the markers you used for the numbers!

Where did you get the planner paper? I've been looking for Monday start verticle paper.
It’s Happy Planner brand. I’m currently using the classic size which is 9 disc(7”x9.25”) but they have other sizes as well.

Thanks! I mostly only use erasable writing tools because I hate whiting out mistakes and I make a lot them. I got them on Amazon
