I mean.
He has already been a charming cult leader in another life (or well, in Bad's case that actually happened earlier in the life he's living right now, so it is his canonical past) so we might see him adapt a more antagonistic position, depending on what happens on the server...
He certainly has the potential.
Bad's character has that warm and friendly aura that makes people trust him but on the flipside, his behavior can range from mischievous to outright evil, depending on what the situation is and what his current goals are.
Paired with how convincingly and confident he manages to come across (even when he's lying), that could potentially become a dangerous mixture...
