Cyclosporine worked for me but my kidney function was being affected. My kindey function was off before I started. At this point its quality of life for me I also have Sjogrens sydrome and it helped with that. I hardly leave my house now since being off of it. There was no mention of posterior fornix syndrome here.
You helped me a lot, my syntoms was triggered by anxiety and tight muscles in my pelvic floor.
