This is the most disgusting, disrespectful, shameful, and bias judge! I can not believe the way he allows love to speak to him and how he speaks to the defense!!! Love acts this way because he allows it! This is Loves court room, not Glanvilles. Since when is it ok to argue with a judge after he’s made his ruling? He forgets his rulings, changes his rulings. I’ve never seen such an incompetent judge that can’t control his courtroom. He’s never paying attention when defense is on cross he’s staring at his government computer. I sure would love to know what he’s looking at during a trial where people’s lives are at stake. He needs to be removed and investigated!

They shouldn’t be tried at all. If the state brought charges on me and my friends, and cousins, for some of the things we did at 18, 19, and in our early 20’s we’d be under the jail. How does the state get to do this? RICO means that the statute of limitations no longer applies? What is the matter with Faulty County?

This entire case should be tossed. I cannot believe that the DA was allowed to bring this case forth about things they may have done over 10 years ago. Especially knowing what she’s been doing. She is the head of a real RICO. And the whole time, he has to sit in jail. This is absurd. While she has a jail full of people who haven’t even been indicted. How is this permitted? These people’s lives are being destroyed, liberty taken and the judges allow it? Sick.

This judge is a disgusting clown. He clearly hates Mr Schardt. Ms Love never accepts his rulings, but he expects the defense to accept it. I have a feeling this judge is going to feel really stupid when this trial is over and he looks back and sees just how biased he was. I am not even a fan of Young Thug, I just like watching trials and I can honestly say in the hundreds of trials I have watched that I have never seen a judge more biased and utterly disgusting than this one. between all the issues with Fanny Willis, this joke of a DA and this joke of a judge, I would be embarrassed to be from this area.
Judge loves to throw is position over the lawyers, too. Always condescendingly threatens with the same crap; we're going to have problems, I'm going to put you into contempt, I'm the judge, and when I make a ruling you need to be quiet. He's also a hypocrite by crunching food when his mic is on while witness testimony is going on and talks with food in his mouth. But, he scolds someone in the gallery in front of everyone for chewing gum. The judge lectures lawyers about etiquette but constantly does the same things!! So many more examples but those are the ones that stick out the most. Then there's the "quick five min breaks" that turn into over an hour, always overruling the defense, not allowing the defense the freedom he gives Ms.Love, and holding the private (and unethical) ex parte with Woody/his rep/DA/court reporter/judge. 😮💨
