Love the quadrathalon my team does a pentathlon every year but we do a 100 of each stroke and a 200 im it hurts so bad but it’s really fun.

Nice to see Pieroni again. There is every reason to believe the 200 is your "stroke" at this point. "Losing" a step is no tragedy in a slower race. That said, they are both "sprints" . . . .Good luck. You're a treasure.

This past year I did a quadrathalon every quarter. As a masters swimmer, though, I changed the time standards to be 1000 points = NQT for the age group. Still well short of your score even after changing the standards.
