Thanks for still continuing this series! Please don't stop. Just go on this incredible journey, because there's so much more to catch from Arch Enemy! How you described your experience when listening this band, made me remember one particular song: Dreams of retribution... Check it out sometime
I used to play metal music on "morning broadcasts" (or whatever is the appropriate word in English) in high school. Always picked the hardest songs like Entombed's Stranger Aeons or Obituary's Slowly We Rot. The principal was very open minded and never said a word, but the secretary asked me once "why do you listen to such an angry music?". I replied "it's not angry, it's happy and uplifting music to me" :D
❤❤❤❤❤this song and their other one "reason to believe" literslly helped me and my mental capacity at a time a few years back where i dont know if i would be here anymore on this green earth. It stopped me on my tracks quite literally, it makes me so happy to see you tske the time to go a bit further back in their catalogue and find these gems. Thsnk you for sharing your beautiful soul with all of us my friend ❤❤
Great reaction! You should try "The Wolf You Feed" by Nita Strauss featuring Alissa White-Gluz from Arch Enemy. Just saw Nita in concert and she is an amazing guitarist! They call the "The Hurricane" for a reason.
You need to hear „Time is black“ and „Blood in the water“! And „Avalanche“, and „under black flags wie march“ and „First day in hell“ and „you will know my Name“ and „we will rise“ and „The race“ and…. and… GO FOR IT🤘🤘🤘
I'll admit that I wasn't sure I would like this, but I loved it! The guitar work and the drums were spot on. I finally figured the lead singer was a woman, and I thought, "Good on you!" She was unexpected, so I think I'll check out more of their music. Thanks for reacting to them.
Great reaction to an awesome song! 🤘🤘 as you liked the dual guitar you should react to Under the black flag we March, the dual guitar part in that song is the best one by Arch Enemy imo. Other great songs from that album is Bloodstained Cross and Yesterday is Dead and Gone
Great reaction! It helps to understand what s going on. Note: listen to the song "Master of puppets" to find this break from heaviness to something smooth
If the chorus is the song of the superhero, then the other parts are the song of the supervillain. The bridge is the song of the battle between hero and villain, and the quiet piano breakdown is the hero emerging victorious.
I also started listening to modern AE first (many years ago) and then when I wanted a bit heavier, a bit more beautiful solos/guitarwork, I could always find it going back in their discography. Your song choices are done by popular demand and those are all singles. You won't be disappointed by listening to some more obscure AE tracks. Not necessarily for reactions but just privately. Like, at first, I thought the 100M views means it's the best AE song. That isn't the case. Some favorite top 10 songs have fewer than 1M views in 10-20 years. Most people just don't have the patience nor the ears tuned (like you, me) to pick up what's going on. Like Skeleton Dance sounds nasty and hard core but transforms into divine beauty after 3min (headphones are a must). Same with Cult of Chaos, My Apocalypse. Most people don't get to that part and I feel lucky that I "get it".😊
Please do Kamelot - Liar Liar Ft. Alissa White-Gluz It'll be something new (i think? I don't remember seeing any Kamelot here), different yet still got Alissa so, can't go wrong!
Chorus would work great in an Anime cartoon, has that sound. Thanks for all the AE!! Gotta check NITA STRAUSS feat ALISSA - The Wolf You Feed... it's so good.
I've loved them from the beginning! If you like awesome metal... With a message! What's not to love! ❤❤❤❤ Probably playing Deciever Deciever at a works party! Not gonna win any extra friends! That's the sort of sh*t I do! 😂😂😂😂
I love Your enthusiasm while doing those, but You got it all wrong (sorta) ;) it's not about destroying empires or burning the world. It's about believing in yourself and freeing yourself from the claws of the system that wants you to be just like anyone else... Believe in Yourself, "break their golden cage and walk away" - this is what it's about. Keep up the good work and keep entertaining us :) Another band you may like is Infected Rain. You should try song "Orphan soul" for the start. Take care and stay safe :)
I've really enjoyed March Enemy, but please, whatever you do, don't have April Lavigne
HAHAHAHAHAHA
what about MAYhem?
Or June's Priest?
@@petertapola8097 As I May Dying?
The Eagle Flies Alone is another great one to watch
I'm SO HAPPY you were able to do this video! I KNEW you'd love this song 🤘🏻😁🤘🏻 Best way to end MArch Enemy, with your face melted 😈

I love this song so much. I'm glad I got to see them before Loomis left the band. Won't be quite the same without him. Such a monster guitarist.

War Eternal and the Eagle flys alone next please. If you want epic
Guitar duets then these are a must watch
How have I slept on this song? This melts.
Well I saw it! Great reaction to an amazing group and song. Hope you're well.

Arch Enemy may be sometimes motivational, but they are always uplifting and inspirational. They always make me happy.
April Alissa! You deserve to reward yourself with more 🔥
as someone wrote here, The wolf you feed, Nita Straus ft Alissa :) so so good
I am thinking that you would really like "In Flames" too, very similar style minus the multitude of solos
I was waiting for this one !! I'm really happy to be able to see it 🥳 Thank you for this even tho it will probably disappear !
I always thought the melodies reminded me sitcom intros, like mixed differently I could imagine characters turning around and smiling to the camera!
Bucket list for me for sure. Thanks for putting it out there, even if it does get blocked.
How many times Arch Enemy made me cry? Yes 😭🤘
Thank you!
🤘🤘🤘🤘March enemy is awesome 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Saw it….. 👏👍

I feel you. Stigmata is still my favorite AE album, probably because it was my gateway to extreme metal 24 years ago.
The original Arch Enemy has that effect you described on me.
I don´t think there is a video but "as the pages burn" is still my favourite from arch enemy

-The Day You Die
-Vultures
"wAtCh tHiS bEfOrE iT gEtS bLoCkEd"... haha, this level of pure sh*tlording deserves a thumb up. 🤣
I got here before it got blocked... :)
The Angela era Arch Enemy is far superior to this. I hope you get to experience the older Arch Enemy more one day.
Bro, great job man, listen, you should listen to Nita Strauss with Alissa "The wolf you feed". react to that bro, you'll love it. Be well bro
0:50 ... don't hold your breath my friend. They tried to claim royalties from a photographer at a festival one time.
Wow….

Nah, the verses are motivational, too.
I reckon it's about getting out from under neoliberalism.
I don't like the band but I enjoy your reactions so I clicked the thumbs up button.
I appreciate that! ❤️❤️
More Angela please!!!
