Actually for the kong ba bao, some times you get the cartilage bits in the kong ba, you will figure out that it is braised for hours because the soft bone parts can be easily consumed without any resistance.

Go try their dishes out everyone, Only once you try, then you will know what I mean ❤ Keep it up Alvin and the rest 👍
The yellow curry is just Thai curry, made famous by Somboon Thai Curry Crab that is like the Jumbo of Thailand. Honestly, Somboon has lots of MSG. One question is whether you guys get thirsty after the Thai Food, both of them.

so far, the longest i have had to queue for this bao at sims drive was 15 minutes - that was during weekday lunch time. other times, i don't even need to wait.
Zheng Zhen pau one of the best is their char siew and braised pork pau in Singapore. Next round can feature Chin Sin Huan (Tanjong Rhu 2nd generation )try their chicken , pork and yuan yang pau . Meat in the pau is super juicy😋
the gardens thai food is very average and standard has dropped... perhaps she brought them to try certain dishes that were outstanding but the rest of the food is really very average in fact some are below average :(. but the boat quay vermicelli is good!
No offense man but by no means Soi Thai Kitchen is any where near to being decent if you are a thai food person, it is popular as it is in a good location and the only thai food place in the area, i will easily skip this and drive further out to eat other Thai food.
