Maceration, scarring, swelling, and widening but still looks good! I was for sure thinking cholesteatoma with all that glued on rock texture. By the way, im pretty sure thats the cave they found the dead sea scrolls in.
@@PreservationEnthusiast Yup, it looks like stage 3. That must have been a tad painful. No flinching or cough reflex, so I assume this is done under anaesthetic.
I got addicted to this videos a few weeks ago and I'm still conflicted! Why do I enjoy them so much when they make me feel like I'm a hair-width away from puking??
I haven’t commented in a while so I just wanted to say thank you so much for your channel I always love watching your videos❤ So satisfying and relaxing and I hope that the patient feels a lot better❤🤗💝
Holy Hellscapes, Batman.😳🥺 I was starting to think there was no actual eardrum under there. Just miles and miles more of… stuff. Your tenacity paid off. Well done!🏆🏆🏆

This is THE BEST DOCTOR for extracting earwax. The way they manipulate the tools and how they twist around the hook and know exactly how to suction and switch between tools is AMAZING!!!
The first time I watched your channel I was so impressed! The video quality was excellent. Clear, stable, and at an appropriate distance from where the action was so one could get a good view of the process. I also like that you used the right tool, for the right situation, for the appropriate time to use it. Now there’s so much movement in the video that I get a bit motion sickness. Plus the overall quality is just going downhill. You seem to be picking up the Brit’s obsession with the suction device. They will use it come hell or high water even if it’s so inefficient and takes so much longer, plus they have at their disposal a tool that’ll work better…but for some reason they choose to torture the patient AND their audience by insisting on using the inefficient suction…
I don't see any evidence of fungus infection; this appears more like KO ( Keratosis Obturans). Of course, if they purchased a decent camera with image stabilization, we'd see and appreciate more - and without the nausea😬.
Pain is not frequently a symptom of fungal infection it's more likely itchy and they are in heaven with the cleaning.... and then I got to the erosion.
I don’t understand how people let it get that bad. If I had half of that in my ear, especially mold, I’m going in with q tips, fingers, pencils, dunking my head in warm water for an hour, and whatever else. Get some fluconizol drops or something too.
It could possibly be an elderly person with early dementia or Alzheimer's. My grandpa had Alzheimer's . In the early stages, he wouldn't let anyone go near hid ears, but he would forget to clean them as well
😢You have done a wonderful job on this ear BUT I'm sure they will be in pain from this and in antibiotics because of the blood ,not wanting an infection after removing so much .I thought at the start it looked like a cobweb over the ear BUT WOW all that was removed I'm sure he can hear a pin drop now GREAT JOB 🎉🎉🎉❤
I googled what causes mold in ears, answer constant wetness in ear. Would some one who suffers from this, be smart to turn hair dryer on air only and dry out their ear?
Especially with him using that hook on the sides. My doctor would never do that. It can cause more damage than just leaving the wax in there. He should have used olive oil and suctioned it out.
Is it normal for the Doc to be so aggressive with the tools or is the video slightly sped up it looks like the doc is being aggressive with the tools. I am confused. I was told never to push the wax back due to it causing pain for the patient and I saw it pushed back multiple times.
I really dont know why I like to watch this kind of shit. Im addicted now.. 😃
This patient can now hear their ancestors whispering.
😂😂😂
Dude can hear the voices from shadow realm now
Haha 😂

Or maybe KO
@darleneflattmann9991 Yes, Keratosis Obturans. The widening and scarring is much more widespread than Cholosteatoma.

😂😂😂 por la susieda que tiene el oído se ve que lleba tiempo de no limpiarse
Looks like a forest. My new thing to watch. Tired of popping pimples.
Holy, Wow! That was like going on an expedition on an alien planet! Fabulous job. Thanks so much for sharing.❤️🇨🇦
Gut das es Fachkräfte gibt die den Menschen helfen können 👍 Grüße aus Deutschland 🤗🇩🇪☀️
Love it!
But this patient must have really been suffering having all this growing in their ear.
Me pregunto como es posible que puedas aguantar tanto tiempo asi😢
You absolutely have some of the best videos!! Great job!
So weird how you can be disgusted but interested all at the same time!😂

In simple terms, it's " oddly satisfying"🙂↕️
I gave up watching pimple popping videos for these. I had no idea what I was missing.
I make believe it’s caramel cake!
💯 I just watch making faces I don't realize 😅😂
That definitely was earwax from hell , great job 👍
I love watching your procedures. Another good one.
I loved the song playing at 3:38. It’s beautiful, soft and I would love to hear it again in another video. ❤

Great job Dr, you certainly earned your money for this project.
Thank you kindly. I hope the patient is a happy customer 😚
The world must be a loud place now for this patient. I bet they can hear ants breathing.
Kinda makes me wonder what is in my ears.
Same 😂😂😂
You have the wildest from hell videos😂❤. As usual, you did a fantastic job 👏
In the beginning , it was not even comprehensible but we need to show this gem anyway
I would love to see the pieces collected from cases like these. Jeez I’m sure they can hear even the ancestors voices now!
😂😅
This is the most obscene fungal ear infection in the internet.
Amazing video! This is one of my favorite channels. I've watched every single one of your videos like three to four times already,!!!
We'll keep them coming for you maam 😌
Are you sure this isn’t someone’s sewer line? Lol😊. Pretty sure Drano once a week would keep those lines clear.
I was wondering the same. How do people have such crap in their ears?
Dang, you really went in there and said everything this light touches is mine. There's clean, and then there's Al-Biruni clean.
Thank you for the great comment 🥹
Went too far…. No one said “Clean until it bleeds.” 😢

Oh, that is so dry! It took patience to get that cleared out good video😊
now dude can hear so good he’s able to hear someone’s inner thoughts
That was really a hell of keratosis obturans. Possible canal cholesteatoma is prevented here.

Yeah, look closer. It's like popcorn everywhere!
bro had a whole ass ecosystem inside his ear
Why do I like this
I was hoping they'd show all the wax they collected in one spot because it seemed like a LOT!
This is awful. This person must be in lots of pain nor can they hear.😢

Such an interesting case.
Great removal job 😊
Wow! At the end, that canal looked a whole lot better than I thought it would! Great job!
These should be numbered with Roman numerals like the horror movies.
Even hell dnt accept this earwax..
I like the music, almost like symphonic heavy metal around 7:40
I've said it before and I will say it again. DON'T PUT LEFTOVER LASANGA IN YOUR EAR.
I will never see lasagna the same way again!
Thats what i like to see...the ear being cleared out properly
I would literally go crazy if I had something like this in my ears!
Really wish you show the pile you removed. Also would love if you held it up next to the ear so we can see the size comparison
My gosh. This poor person. The pain must have been incredible
Man, what a battle! 🥷 But Al-Biruni wins!!!
thank you for the cheer !🙃

This is disgusting to watch but, why i keep watching 😂😂😂
Thank you for sharing and helping .
That was epic! Small weather patterns were formed when we exhaled noisily at the end.
What sort of fungus is it, and can it be easily treated?
I think it looks like a Christmas pudding
Pretty sure you foiled Khan's interrogation plans
I think that is the worst impacted ear I have ever seen! Great work 👏👏

Is that mold on the outside of the wax?! Omg. This poor patient. It looks like that blockage has been there for a long time!!😮
Almost definitely, it's crazy how many places on the human body fungus can live very happily... And an internal fungal interaction? Nooop thanks
Was that a fungus growing in that ear canal?
Is the warm, humid climate what causes so many fungal infections?

How many years is this eat with out cleaning
It reminds me of raking leaves in the fall.
Ive used super glue with less hold than this ear wax plug had lol Awesome work.
Stage 3 KO. Granulation tissue and widening of the ear canal.

Brilliantly done ✅ 🥰
How do u get that much wax packed in ur ear !!!
You really get them!!! Job well done again. What liquid did you put in in the end there to help clean up?? Thanks for sharing. 💛👂
Either diluted olive oil or hydrogen peroxide - I use Otex for my ears and a stick with a scoop & camera
That looks incredibly painful!! Ouch!!
very patient and stubborn one, this ear. wait til it gets this bad 😅
Frango a milanesa 😋😋😋
Wow! This looks very bad , is this going to be a chronic condition for your patient. Love seeing your work, thank you.
Beautiful cleaning ❤

Is this a real ear and wax or a fake one? The only reason I ask is because I've never seen stuff that looks like fuzzy mold and I'm only 4 minutes in!
Excellent job
I was beginning to think there wasn't a bottom here. That you wouldn't stop until you came out the other ear.

Why does watching this reduce anxiety?
My theory is because It’s cleaning up a huge mess. Making order out of chaos so to speak
Cause it's passed onto the person having it done. 😊
This would make a great soup condiment!
Lovely work
