There was a day that people would go to Sears for Craftsman. It just seems like that doesn't happen as much as it used to. How many people go to Lowes because they carry Kobalt, or go to Wal Mart because they carry Hart, or go to Menards for Master Force? I am sure they exist, but I doubt there are very many of them.

I feel your pain with long surgeries, last December I had a 7 1/2 hour back surgery and last year in April I had a 5 hour neck surgery. They are no fun. I've had 7 surgeries since April 2022 and probably looking at more on my neck and possibly shoulder(s).

Most professionals still go to the store to buy tools.
Flex supposed to have pretty good tools so why do you think Lowe's doesn't want to promote them? Could they want to better promote Kobolt?
