  • @jamesmorrison7989
    @jamesmorrison7989 4 дні тому +10

    Ima guess woody hasn’t spent much time with people with Alzheimer’s. They are absolutely not fine. Mommy grandma used to wake up crying in the middle of the night horrified that she didn’t know where she was. Somehow she always knew me tho. I’d go sit with her from 3-7 am and chug coffee and make her tea. She’d be so sad very frequently because people with Alzheimer’s aren’t oblivious to their issues. It’s like not knowing a word that’s on the tip of your tongue, but it applies to almost everything and everyone you’ve ever known.
    Yea, it was tough for me and my family, but it was way worse for her because she knew she was losing it and there was nothing she could do about it.

      @@filmgeekstudios4393 yea. Luckily my grandma always knew me as me. I think it’s because I’d spend a lot of time with her. She told me I was her favorite grandkid outta like 20, so I felt I had to live up to it lol. The only thing she’d get confused with me is sometimes calling me by my dads name. But tbh, if you see a pic of my dad when he was my age, we look identical so I didn’t think it was that bad. Plus it was more like a slip of the tongue cause she’d call me by my name in the next sentence.

    Sleep paralysis often comes with a loud bang or rain on a tin roof sound in your mind. It has something to do with your senses starting to come back to.
    I’d bet he’s getting some sort of highway hypnosis along with sensory deprivation, and then he’s snapping back to. Could explain the banging noise he heard. I’ve had that only with sleep paralysis though.. it’s literally like the old black and white static noise from tube tvs. Mildly alarming

    Seizures are similar to what they described. My last major seizure happened at a restaurant. Last thing I remember was the server bringing my food and me trying to pick up my fork. My very next memory was waking up in the hospital with a bloody shirt from how hard I bit my tongue. I couldn't remember what happened however until a day or so after it happened.

      Not sure, probably the fact that the letters were easily recoverable and gave a day to day insight on what a family like them went through. How can it be false memory if so many people, my brother included, remember the movie yet have no clue what the term mandella effect means??
    I once saw online and article that was quickly removed but it was like an Asian site that's equivalent of our IMDB and it was with his real name and in there WAS Shazam. And then it was taken down.

      @@TopShagger999 I'm not trolling and if it seems that way it's not my intention. But yeah I clearly remember it and as I said, how can it not exist when people who have no clue what the mandella effect concept is, remember it. I was visiting s friend in Georgia and he picked me up from the airport and as we were driving to his town I mentioned mandella effect and he was lost, asked me what the hell that meant. I brushed it off quickly and changed the subject until maybe 10 minutes later I simply asked him "hey what was that genie movie from the 90's?". He quickly said Shazam and I said nooo that's kazaam with Shaq and he said nop, Sinbad did Shazam. I then told him it didn't exist and explained what mandella effect meant and he couldn't believe it at all. Same thing happened with my brother, he had no clue. But as I said, years ago on Reddit someone posted proof and I clicked right away since I'm subscribed and there on an Asian equivalent to our IMDB was the movies of the actors real name, not Sinbad snd there it was, Shazam. Instead of saving/screenshotting it I instead like an idiot commented and when I went back it was removed and the post was gone
