Do you know if the lights can be turned off completely via app? And if you set them off, do you know if once the scooter turns on again (without connecting it to the app) will the light be on automatically or stay off? Thanks

I am Mark, I ordered an Atomic Alpha scooter, and I would like to ask why I can't connect it to the app. I downloaded the app, turned on the scooter, but it doesn't find the scooter, and there is no Bluetooth icon showing on the scooter. Also, there is no response when I try the three quick presses for cruise control. Do you have any solution for this?
@@TechMishka Yes. But thanks. The solution was as follows: 1. Power OFF the scooter 2. Press the brake handle first and hold, then at the same time, press the power button and hold for 10 seconds 3. When you hear the beep, release the brake and power button 4. Power ON the scooter, the bluetooth icon should now blink 5. Connect to your phone
These scooters are junk. Stay away. I purchased them because I liked the cool LED accent lighting. I bought one for myself and one for my wife, The first one was DOA right out the box. Wouldn't power on at all. I thought maybe the battery was dead. Charged it overnight and still nothing. Contacted Atomi and they agreed to send me a new one. In the meantime the 2nd scooter shows up. I unbox that one and it powers on. I'm thinking ok this one is good so maybe once I get the replacement for the defective one they will be ok. Wrong. The 2nd scooter worked fine for a couple days then out of nowhere it would just take off on its own whenever it was pushed forward. I dont mean kick start to go then hit the throttle and off you go. I mean the scooter is on the sidewalk, I turn it on and roll it to the street to ride it, as soon as I start to roll it forward it takes off on its own. No throttle, no kick start just simply rolling it and it takes off. That's 2 defective scooters. I again contacted Atomi and they agreed to replace that one as well. I said no I wanted to return them for a refund. Returned them both and bought 2 Okai Neon Pro scooters. So far they have been great.

It still lives! I said it is durable because of the good build quality. It's a one that will last

Have you enabled location services on your phone when searching for the scooter? Did you try with another device?

You have gone for pretty cool scooters. Sorry to hear about your experience. Mine had no issues for close to 100km
