Ok i guess i can put here some information as she didn't said much about them here..
First the white conceler. It's pretty common one actually. It gives a smooth, bright base for further make-up, normally you gotta put your foundation afterwards, it gives so good results, I've seen in other channel. And it's also popular thing in goth makeup, with oylr without normal foundation.
Then the brush thingy, sure it works as eyebrow brush , but it actually best and used for styling the baby hair , you might have seen it in wig putting videos .

I'm not sure but I think that white concealer is not for direct application...maybe It's for mixing purpose to get the light shade from dark concealer.... Because white foundations are also there in the market and used by the makeup artists to get the desired shade from dark tone foundations...So maybe same goes with the white concealer.
