Until I put the camera up I was thinking a coon myself. And never got a picture with the 2 possums at once so I thought it was just one doing all the eating.

Happy fourth Eddie!! Loved that video! My wife asked what I was laughing at so I made her watch! Dam possums they try get my chickens all the time. I would have done the same that’s why I laughed! That thing probably kept you up at night thinking what in the world is eating your cantaloupe, I know I would have been! I didn’t see you go down the slide? I would have been in traction for weeks but looked like the kids had a blast! God bless my friend! We are getting such hot weather in NJ for 2 weeks 90’s and humidity you can cut with knife. I just finished a huge run and pen for Chase birds and Mandelyn sent me eggs got 19 that will be 3 weeks Sunday! I got some nice pullets from Chase 7 breeders out of 11. I got 15 roosters that I’m trying to pick 2 but they all look good hard to pick the best! Gonna put in freezer camp this week! Just so busy this weekend with a wedding and barbecue s. But hey that’s what summer is for good times with family and loved ones!
Yes that rascal had me just before wanting to go out in the middle of the night with a light. LOL I figure if I went down that slide I would be down again with my back. We been in the upper 90's and the heat index was 112 couple days. Yes, it was hard for me to pick out my rooster from Chase's birds, he has nice birds forsure. I have 5 ready to go to freezer camp now myself.
Glad you got the critter. It sure is aggravating to come out and see all the hard work we put in destroyed by anything.
I still have one more that got a way.

I’m jealous, all that production! Up here in Wisconsin haven’t seen a ripe fruit in my garden in nine months
