Whey there are so many abandoned Hotels around Mui Ne, Vietnam ? 🇻🇳

During my trip down to Mui Ne I was wondering why there is such a big amount of abondoned and unfinished block buildings/hotels. Probably everything was stop when Covid hit the world. On top they are constructing new hotels when there is almost no tourists around. What the heck?!? Is that place gonna boom soon?
