thank you so much for this! Can you show how to create the top and bottom flanges with the bolt holes? The only way I know how to do that makes a part that is not technically round but is a polygon with a ton of point. And those points/angles transfer to the drawing and don't give me something actually round.... Also, when you cut that chimney pipe through the sheet metal and then make a flat drawing, how to you make the hole cut straight? As it stands the flat pattern has this crazy bevel to the hole. That doesn't really fly on a cnc machine. Do you know how to fix that? Or would that be a matter of importing it as a dxf into autocad?

Not sure tekla gives true devlopement lenght for conical and cylindrical bases forme...
I haven't heard any reports of inaccurate lengths. Do you have an example that is incorrect?
