Mine is the LV multi pouch. It’s still in the box and bag from when I purchased it - never opened. What that says is I didn’t really want it. Btw I too have a collectible mini, I used it only once. I have toooo many bags and no where to go :(.

I love this! I think it’s so beautiful, I probably would have bought this if i didn’t have the rose gold mini. But you have to love it and be excited by it or it’s just not worth it. Love the colours on your woc 💕

I can totally relate, but I LOVE that champagne mini. It will go with everything, especially with summer outfits, like a Lily Pulitzer vibe. I think it would work in any season-holidays too. The metallic in the reissue style is more subtle because it doesn’t have a big logo on it. It’s a bag you may not use every day, but you’ll be glad you have in your collection because it can go with any outfit at the last minute. But if it’s not for you, then you must return. You have to do what your heart tells you to do!
Yes, it’s a beautiful bag. But as you say, I need to listen to my heart. I just don’t see myself reaching for this bag.
Thanks for being honest and keeping it real! We can often get swept up with the hype of adding new and beautiful pieces to our collection that we often lose sight of what’s really practical and what we already have in our collection. I reached purse peace a couple of months ago and it’s the best feeling ever! Don’t get me wrong, I still love looking at the latest handbags etc. but I haven’t felt the need to add anything more to my collection ☺️ everyone is different and we should do/buy whatever makes us truly happy 🥰

I personally like the mini more than the woc. The mini fits more and the colour is more neutral. I’m not a big mermaid unicorn colour person. But that’s just me

I love how considered you are with your bag collection and how you've managed to curate it and come to "purse peace". I really want that! But I feel like I still want to add a couple of chanel rectangular minis and maybe one more reissue WoC to my collection before I'm done.
I have two mini reissues and I absolutely love them! They have huge capacity for their size. I have one in grey with gold hardware and one rainbow. Haven't seen the rainbow WoC yet where I live. I'd love to get one if I can!
So far my regret is my chanel classic flap on M/L that I bought in my birthday last year. I haven't used it yet. Not because of the price (which was even more ridiculous after the huge price increase) but because I all my bags are small, minis and wocs 🤦♀️ Not sure what to do. It's a classic - maybe I should try to plan a day where I use it to see if I can make it work occasionally?!

You’re not alone. Will power... yes it’s stronger for me when there aren’t any outside influences, and like you I usually shop by myself because none of my friends or family would understand why I buy luxury items.
I have made a few purchase mistakes too... sometimes I feel like I have to take something home today! Only because I rarely get to go out and shop.

I absolutely love the mini 2.55, I’m not really a Chanel girl, but I would definitely consider this one (it’s on my maybe/never say never wish list in black). Love this way more than the rainbow one, but that’s my taste & style. I agree with you about shopping on your own, I tend to make more rational decisions when I do.

I think I did most of my impulse luxe shopping when I first started my luxe collection. The feeling that I got something on sale or found something hard to get. But def can relate to this. Glad you're within the return period and can get your money back ❤

I have a similar style as you and I would prefer the woc rather than the mini flap. 80% of my bag collection are wocs 😆 so yayyy you are keeping the woc! Besides it’s beautiful and it’s a unicorn 🦄 piece!

Couple of months ago I purchased 1st classic medium in dark navy with Friend but when I brought it home I was not in love with it so I returned it.
It’s happened to us all(haha). I also either shop by myself, or with my husband who usually makes great points. I love the reissue so much! I have the 226 in black with RHW that I got in London, so a great reminder of our trip. It is my favorite bag! Love the chain, the size, amd the aged calfskin. This chain is so comfortable also. So similar story about my jumbo. When I got my jumbo the previous year in France my husband and the SA were both saying how the jumbo was nicer than the reissue and although I loved the reissue more, I was influenced by the fact that it was the classic Chanel, and ny my hubby and the SA, amd I got the jumbo. I love my jumbo, but I couldn’t stop thinking about the reissue. It has my heart and I should’ve listened to my gut. Thankfully I got the reissue the next year. So in short, I think you need to feel it in your heart. If you dont, back it goes! Just because something is pretty, it doesn’t mean it’s you! When you find that reissue or another one that that’s right for you, you will feel it in your heart amd there will be no doubt! You’re right, you knew from the start this was not for you when you doubted. Thinking about and looking for the right one is half the fun. Happy hunting😊

Yes the minute I start rationalizing I put whatever it is down and walk out! Especially since I am the only aspiring minimalist within my friends/family! However, u might have regretted walking out on this bag, so taking it home and seeing it several times and then taking it back helps you not dwell on it in the future “the one that got away” 😂
Lol. Totally hear you on buyer’s remorse on so many of my items. On “weirder” items, I tend to either wear them a lot or not wear them at all. Personally, I ❤️ this bag. I have been casually looking for a used champagne gold Chanel (or similar classic style) in a smaller size. But it also fits my personal style (I have 5 pairs of champagne colored shoes). I prefer gold over silver - matches well for my southern Chinese skin tone 😊 But kudos to you for willpower to return but thanks for sharing this with us! I love my 2.55 in the black and gold hardware!

I would keep the beige one as it’s nice and goes with everything! It’s stunning. I like the turn lock and everything about it. Then I would return the pink one as you may regret it in a year as it will be very hard to match with anything.

that unicorn bag is gorgeous. i love that reissue chain. i actually bought a similar chain on amazon a few years ago, not realizing it was "chanel inspired" since it wasn't labeled as such. i just thought it looked cool and different from all the other chains. anyway, it's easily the most comfortable bag chain i have. i've been back and forth about replacing a few of my bag straps with these chains instead because i like them so much. i don't *need* more so i've held off. maybe if any happen to break or something...

It's lovely, but the beautiful WOC definitely seems to make your heart sing. Sometimes it's nice to step away from classic and neutral - I'm picturing the Unicorn with jeans, a grey jumper and White trainers and I REALLY want one 😍

Both are beautiful bags! But I think the unicorn one is more a fashion piece that may not stand test of time (also you can’t fit loads in a WOC); whilst the gold one is a classic with the right amount of space. You’ll get more cost per wear out of gold one.

The variety of textures in the *hidupsbag* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
Love the mini reissue but not crazy about the colour. I personally love reissues because of the history and understated look. I have it in navy and GHW and it’s stunning. I think if you are able to exchange it for another colour that would be good. Love that the mini reissues have four grommets, all other minis have two. The extra grommets make it more versatile.
Yesss!!! Love mini reissues! They pack a punch with what they fit too. I have a light grey one and the rainbow. Love them both but the rainbow just truly is so breathtaking. I stare at it all the time. It's like "my precious" - I feel like Gollum from lord of the rings 🤣
It's such a Gorgeous bag. I LOVE the Reissue. I'm just not sure about this color for me and tend to avoid light color bags. One thing is for sure, if you are not feeling it, let it go back. Someone will be extremely excited to have her. 😊

I think you made the right decision if you have been having doubts about the bag ever since you bought it. I tried this exact bag in the boutique, and I didn’t like it because it actually looked like it was too wide. It was bulging out of my body 😂😂 I posted pictures of the mini vs the woc on my IG and almost EVERYONE voted for the mini because that’s what’s popular!!! But I loved the woc so I ended up with the woc too!!!! I’m so glad you kept the woc because that’s what you love! That’s the most important thing 💕
I love how the WOC lays on my body too. It’s slimmer and sits close vs the mini. I hear you girl!!!! We have to do what makes us happy not what other people say!

We’ve all done impulse purchases. I had impulse purchased a car 😅 but luckily all worked out and I kept the car. But if you don’t love it, then you should return it. Purse peace. Someday I shall have it. 😅😍
Personally I prefer the mini chanel to the WOC..I am not a big unicorn colorful bag person..it is too trendy for the price. But that being said you should love the mini and if you don't you should return it. Thanks for sharing it with us!

I bought the LV multi pouchette because of the hype. It’s still in the box, bag from original purchase. I never even moved it from where I placed it when I came home 🤦♀️. Had to have it & never used it. Btw I too have a mini, it black with sparkle. Only used it once with silver boots. I use my black classic WOC much more than any of my bags. Any who, I like the mini more than your WOC, it’s more neutral and holds more.

Wait for the 224 mini to come up in a color that will take your breath away. The metallic WOC is very pretty, but unicorn bags should be the exceptions, not the plentiful item in your collection. You made the right choice with deciding to return the mini in my opinion 😊

Yeah if you like the Unicorn one only, return this one. Good not to touch it so much if you do not want to keep it and i will never put my stuff inside to try too. I had returned few times LV handbags due to their poor workmanship and i pack it immediately and change for another one. For me, i do not like distress leather to begin with. So not for me.
It is an absolutely beautiful bag but if your heart is not in it then by all means it has to go back 😕. That has happened to me before 😧

Ha, I was thinking, “hey I thought she reached purse peace!” I totally understand...I was completely happy with all the SLGs I purchased on my birthday, a week and a half ago, so why did I buy a Celine large trio at Neiman’s last Saturday? Cuz I was with my shopping partner in crime and she was totally my hype man. It’s in burgundy, the color and size I wanted...like it was a sign. I’m getting her back when we go back to Chanel so she can purchase a card case like the one I bought. Going to push her to buy a small flap bag instead...haha j/k...maybe 😊
Not really a shopping mistake. I did feel buyers remorse on the ride home but it completely went away the next day when I used it to go to Trader Joe’s. 😂

Personally I'm not keen on the WOC at all as I would get bored of it really quick...I think the 2.55 is absolutely beautiful...but we all have different styles

Actually, looking at your bag collection, the mini actually fits in it! I am thinking you are the more understated type so I was quite surprised you bought the mermaid metallic WOC. But go with what you feel, that's more important.
The mini is much nicer than the WOC. I think the rainbow color makes the bag look juvenile.
Both of these are not my favorite. I understand when you pay hefty price tag you got to love it. I love my WOC but I don’t think I could get one like this. I’m sure it’s a collab🤪 I enjoy most of your videos💕
Yay I’m first to comment! This is a gorgeous bag but I don’t think the metallic gold colour suits your style or complexion. I say that because I am also Asian and that yellow hue in general just makes me look so washed out. I think you might prefer the version with black aged calfskin & brushed gold hardware better. I have the same bag in that combo and the aged gold chain against the shiny black calfskin is so striking and classic and works way better for my complexion. Also, every time I touch that particular bag it reminds me of Gabrielle Chanel herself and everything she stands for. It’s the OG Chanel bag and I love it so much, but I don’t feel that way about the metallic gold version, I feel that colour makes the bag look rather underwhelming 🤷🏻♀️ the 2020 rainbow version however makes the bag look absolutely stunning....strange how much colour can affect the impact of a bag so much!

Don’t get the green mini flap! It doesn’t sound like you truly love it other than the fact that it is your daughters favorite color. Maybe get a small slg in green but I wouldn’t spend thousands on a bag color that wouldn’t get much wear.

Lovely bag but some bags are just nice to admire from afar and not to buy. I think we've all purchased something that was influenced at one point or another. And I always feel so guilty returning anything luxury even though I know I shouldn't.

If the regret is feeling like u have one too many of the “same” bag, I’d let the WOC go and keep the mini reissue. Ten years from now, when you’re thinking of a Chanel metallic bag, the mademoiselle lock and the bijoux chain, i think the mini one will stand the test of time.

That bag seems very loud. Maybe trade this bag for the black version with gold hardware. I feel this style doesn't looks as dressy as the classic flap. Or maybe try a different unique color in this style. I seen a video that the new collection has burgundy handbags maybe you can find something from that collection 🤔

I love the 2. 55 but not the colours. If it is silver metallic I would keep it. The light metalic gold make it is night bag . I had one dior drarama light gold WOC. It look nice but when I match with my outfit it doesn't suit day outfit . That just me . The unicorn WOC is so beautiful for summer dress or simply on jean and white shirt . Perfect. Keep the unicon WOC . 2. 55 yes . But not that colour. Unless you want to have evening bag .

If you’re not feeling it in your heart return it and get something that you will really love. Those purses are too expensive to keep and not love it.
I feel like that metallic color could look bad on some skin tones even though it looks really nice in the video. I have some sandals that color and on my asian skintone it looks kind of bad.
