Amazon package arrived. It's perfect. I have a couple gun mats but didn't feel they fit the knife vibe. It will definitely be in future videos. Thank you again.
You definitely found some gems and I think you’re right that some people just don’t know how to sharpen knives and really need to learn or get them sharpened properly by a professional.
As always, thank you Kevin for the fun and educational videos. I wanted to tell you about a friend of mine's father in law. He was in a wheelchair all his life , but refused to let that stop him. He would go out in the mountains of Wyoming and hunt deer and elk. All by himself and he'd cut the animal up and put a part on his lap and wheel back to his truck. He'd go back and forth until he had the whole animal. And he's not doing this on roads! He's off in the brush and rocks I don't know how he did it. But I do know his arms were the size of my thighs. Well, have a good day.
The past two days have been fantastic! Peaches to beaches, looks like a must. I’m looking forward to seeing tomorrow’s cleanup. Great video knife Dr!😊👍
You've brought back my appreciation for classic knifes. Now im looking forward to a large seasonal flea market in New Hampshire. Ill be hunting them down next month.
Awesome video Doc. When I see the old knives like that I think of my grandfather. He would go to the train depot in Portland, Tn. and meet a bunch of elderly men two or three days a week. The would whittle on cedar sticks and swap knives. The cedar shavings would get nearly knee deep. Lol I always think how he would have loved your channel! The stories these old knives could tell!
Great spread you picked up! Can’t wait to see how the zippo warranty turns out, I have my dads zippo with a missing hinge pin I would like to have repaired but don’t want to chance not getting it back if they just want to replace! Thanks for sharing your findings
Awesome knives. That scrade sg7 is a outback. I had one years ago,I found it under the drivers seat of a corvette I was detailing and then sold it. I wish I didn't.
Another great video! I always enjoy the content. You inspired me to clean up my first vintage knife, a Kabar Barlow. There’s something special about carrying an old pocket knife. Happy to give it a new life! Matt from New Hampshire
You should put together a small electrolysis tank for rust removal it only removes "dead" metal and gets into places you cant. It has really helped me on knives/tools and they're super easy to setup
So many nice knives, looking forward to all the videos of saving them , Thanks for bringing us along! Still can’t believe you didn’t take your bird dog with you
Great Video Kevin! Your channel has definitely inspired me to go out blade chasing and it’s super fun! I also plan on making my own videos soon. Hope you have a great Sunday!
I’ll go maybe two hundred on a knife, I see so many knives that are way overpriced, of course that’s just my opinion. Some of these people at these yard sales are horders, they are just crazy with their prices. Great video Doc!👍🇨🇦🇺🇸
Nice Haul! I hate that you ran out of cash and wasn’t able to get the Buck display case and more knives but you still did good. Looking forward to the upcoming videos.
Hi I sharpen knives and other tools and I also collect knives so if you ever get over to Texas look me up and we'll shoot the breeze a little I enjoy your channel.
Not sure what happened to my first comment….🤷🏻♂️ Anyhow, great finds.!! Love seeing you find these treasures. I think you can send that black Victorinox in under their lifetime warranty and they’ll replace the blade. Believe there’s like a $5 fee. Also, I sent you an email about package I sent. It will be from my work address…Delta Medical Supply. Take care.
What was the total cost for all of them .I was going to the flea market until I remembered I over spent my budget, maybe next Sunday 😅 God Bless America 🇺🇸
Thank you! I’m running a week to 10 days behind on packages right now. Just letting you know it might be next week before I can get to it. Thanks again!!
Great video, never heard of peaches and beaches before but I’m going next year. Question what are your thought on bear and sons knife look at Bear & Son, Cowhand, 2.78" Blade, Stag Bone, Damascus With Clip. This is a nice knife head some on the brand but you the knife doctor need your thoughts
I think im gonna go ahead a create a channel, featuring only USA vintage old knives, we have alot of places to find them over here in the west, New Mexico, im really close to where Billy the Kid roamed, im in Roswell NM 👽 born and raised.

I don’t work on other peoples knives. Sorry. Repairs don’t always go as planned. I don’t want to be responsible for someone’s sentimental knife and then I’d be responsible for shipping it back.
You can fix that schrade hunter scale pin without taking it apart, you just need a lil pin anvil that will reach up in the well ... then insert new brass pin and peen as usual. can send you a pic of mine for visual reference if you'd like.
The average joe doesn’t know how to sharpen so they will just use a grinder or some sort of bench grinder I just know cause most of the guys I work with do that with there blades sad stuff really
Another great video I love the way you explain all of your fines and your enthusiasm do you have an email address to contact you I'm not on Facebook or Twitter. I have a few questions and find out about the towers to tunnels events . Thank you and God bless

Thank you!!
Be back tomorrow,, for the Case Barlow and Camillus fish knife, clean up.
Thank you!! They both cleaned up Real Good!!
I agree 100% I pick carbon steel over super steel anyday especially on a traditional slipjoint. Super steel is over rated. Great haul
Preach it!! Thanks as always for the support and watching!!
Zebra wood will look great on that kitchen knife.
That German butcher knife you got for 1$ is a good knife reminds me of one my grandma had

Do you have your personal collection on display
I don’t…
Zippo has always fixed or replaced their products.
Hey bud, Where did you look up the Camillus tang stamp information? The books we have doesn't have the Camillus tang stamps. 😊
Collector Knives 15th edition by C. Houston Price is what I see the Doc referring to most often.
@tedhart7708 yeah, I have them too. But, it doesn't so Camillus tang and stamps. That's why I asked Kevin....lol
@jerryphilips , do a Google search on Camillus tang stamps, plenty of info.
Here is the link I use. Thanks Jerry!!

If you don't sell any of your knives? Don't all of them go into you personal collection? 😂
LOL… you got a point there. When I say personal collection I mean knives I’ll never get rid of.
