Loads of scifi concepts. But 5% light speed? We could almost do it now. In 160 years, we should do much better. The 5% is needed already, to reach Titan and beyond in reasonable time spans. But it needs other new tech, to handle these speeds. Don't think we're ready for the stars before 2400. The outer solar system will be the proving ground, for all the needed tech. For now, we can not even realy leave our planet.

Someone commented good movie etc. well they tried.but with that being said. Some traveling to another planet I think they got right. Like ship slowing down.9yrs.till they get to planet. Possible lots of unseen astroids.but the space suits awful.i couldn't keep watching. But good try.
