Why buy homes when you can build them yourself and make double or triple your money. As someone who works in that trade I would build regular homes for the middle class families which would cost where i live with the property any where from 100K-200K but they sell anywhere from 300K-450K build 30 of them hoes with 7 mil and flip em faster than a couple mansions make 6 mil in profit and boom keep investing build a couple luxury apartment complexes to have that residual income bam set for life.
