Removal into fatigue maybe? When doing dungeon runs, I found that 2 of the double your health helped a lot, so it might be quest priest with zola and brew masters to never lose fatigue and hard removal for the rest of the deck.
When the warlock got below 15 and Dane had Rag in hand, I would have considered using the Rag to just snipe face and potentially kill the warlock over two turns.
I don't play wild or know his deck at all so I don't know what Dane was up to.

It definitely was not a misplay. Not healing Genn and consequently putting it into Hellfire range was a way to assert Dane's dominance by not valuing his own minions, which he clearly did not need to win.

cool deck mate. I only started playing wild last week, but been watching your videos for years. I must say I really do like wild now, I don't think I want to go back to the restrictions of constructed now. I mean yeah maybe when the rotation happens just to see what's what, but wild is my home now. (just wish I'd not dusted my old adventure cards and I could play reno lock)

one last thing mate. which quests are viable in wild? I ran into some new disco locks that seem pretty decent. they use the new legendary and I think it can go infinite. I was sure disco was dead as well. (I'd love to get a good disco deck off the ground and use the disco ball card back from karazhan with mecha jaraxxus, (aesthetics) it would be bloody expensive to craft all those disco legendaries as well though. I need to be certain it's worth it.

Ah yes, the typical Jade Shudder vs Control Priest dilemma. Play the Shudder now for the win and hope he doesn't have the DK or hold the Shudder back and try to force out the DK by creating large boards. Or hope the opponent is an idiot and plays out the DK early. And then a Dirty Rat happens...in Priest. Sad times.

It keeps the enemy above 15hp, which is the trigger for hooked reaver to become a 7/7 instead of a 4/4 and also keeps his molten giants unplayable if he keeps the HP high.
Hope that clears it up.
