Hello Ladies, well I do not have a Scan N Cut but do have a Silhouette and a Cricut. I cut with my Silhouette all my stamping with the Pixscan. This could be used with any printed file. I use my scanner and not a photo taken with my phone. The quality with the scanner is much nicer. It is not complicated but obviously works better with recent machines. With my Cricut, I scan my stamping, import it into my Cricut design, save it and then I use it as a Print and Cut. I never bought any SVG files thanks to those machines and their abilities. I love the Pixscan once you understand how to use it, it is a great addition.

Question ladies watching the replay...are you printing this file first before scanning into SNC?

These are already printed and sold by Crafty Critta. They are high quality foil art.

Very beautiful cards ladies!! I'll have to try watching this again on my laptop to see if I can get it close enough to my face that I can see the things that Stacy was poking LOL. I have a question though. And mind you there's a lot of things that I don't understand how it works about the scan n cut yet. I realize for the word hugs and probably most of the words you would have had to use the pencil trick to connect the letters to cut out just one big piece, but for the first one that you had trouble lining up, is there a reason that you used the SVG file instead of just scanning it into the scan n cut and then cutting it? Or was it more to just teach us that this was a thing that you can do?

We were showing how to use the SVG files that are provided by Crafty Critta as they've done all the hard work for you. But yes, you could definitely just scan it and cut it if you don't want to use the cut files.

@@ScoutValentine thanks. If all goes well we'll be moving in August. Then I should have room to be able to use my machine. I appreciate all the videos y'all do to show how to use it for different things!

Hi Nancy and Stacy, Your creations on the scanNcut are fabulous. I wish I had gotten the scanNcut instead of two circuits. I have been watching createandcraft on You Tube and the ladies from Tattered Lace create USB 's with scanNcut files on them that are to die foe. So detailed and when they show their product they give lessons on the scanNcut latest model. I hope you both get a chance to check it out. Sandy
