I would say - Xebec, Mihawk, Shanks, Roger, Whitebeard, Aokiji, Blackbeard, Luffy, Kaido, Shiki, Rayleigh, Prime Big Mom, Oden, Ben Beckman, Gaban, Prime Chinjao, Zoro, Ochoku, and Law

I think you underestimate marco. He fought against admirals at marineford and against queen and king at the same time. I think he’s second only to beckman and maybe zoro among current top commanders

I think most of the one piece community is overestimating Luffy. He and Kizaru fought equally, I think he is around high-admiral level as of now.

Blackbeard underestimated once again ... 💀 he is a monster , a real threat to Shanks and to all top tiers in OP , He's at LEAST Big mom and Kaido level.. or maybe even comparable to Gear 5. Oda will prove you that one day ;) arguably the strongest rival of Luffy in the manga. There's no way you give Teach a big build up since Jaya and 2 of the strongest fruits , Tremor + Darkness to someone weak or smart enough to use it well at his max advantages.... 👾 Awakenings or Advances Haki , Blackbeard is obviously in a top 10 currently.

Good list but it is,xebex,wb,roger,kaido,mihawk,shanks,big mom,shiki,aokiji,luffy,rayleigh,blackbeard,oden,beckman,gaban,marco,law,kid,lucky roo,zoro,hm-sanji would be 21,ochoku,fisher tiger,crocodile and others ,blackbeard,bm,and shiki maybe can go higher .

Hell no sanji vs Marco is a battle of stamina and durability while Marco can heal so can sanji but the things is sanji has better ap and dc his flames are the hottest in the series Marco dosent have the ap to beat him and king and Kidd can’t beat sanji you think kings gonna be in flames on mode all battle no in fact he turned them off when he went against sanji so why wouldn’t he do it again and also sanji is more intelligent than zoro and would figure out kings secret plus flames off king is still durable but a bit weaker than queen also Kidd has no haki feats and bro didn’t even khow anything about advanced haki and ryo and your expecting him to win againsed sanji which he could it could go either way my opinion but bro has no observation feats how can you expect him to beat sanji when sanji moves to fast for him to see he perception blitzes queen the only way Kidd wins if he can use his awakening and assign sanji and that won’t work also he got blitzed by shanks too and don’t say he wasn’t ready or some shi dude literally charged in he could have ran away he also loves crushing people from the inside as zoro was stating what ryo was he literally tried to crush kaido 💀it just won’t work against sanji zoro>law>sanji>=kidd>marco?>king

I would put Sanji at 20 and move Marco and king up. Rayleigh and blackboard could be switched but this is a very great list.

Good list but imo:
1. Marco > king >= sanji
2. Kid>=law >= zoro (kid n law got better feats than zoro eventho they r around the same lvl)
3. Ben >= oden >= gaban (they pretty much around the same lvl but i would put ben at top coz he scale around kizaru's lvl)
4. Big mom > mihawk (mihawk didnt even confirm to has coC haki)
5. Kaido n shanks >=shiki (kaido n shanks were considered as the strongest yonko in the current era n even tho they r around the same lvl im sure they were very well above prime shiki considering their better feats
6. Roger >= prime wb ( they pretty much around the same lvl but roger would edge this considering his haki)
Why beckman over oden .
Kid over law no maybe in wano but we have proff law got stronger and non for kid .
For 2 like what. Shanks used one named attack using Kidd and its ggs. The only reason Kidd did well against Big Mom was because he was inside Laws room and managed to get time to power up his attacks which aren’t even as good as some others we’ve seen not needing power up time. Law and Zoro have so much feats. Like Law put up a good fight against Blackbeard who is almost as strong as Shanks and only got totally defeated when his entire crew stepped in to help. Zoro permanently scarred Kaido without needing charge up time, took down King, used Conquerors haki on everyone, tanked a dual named Yonko attack, Kidd got defeated from one. Law>=Zoro>Kid.
For 6. Whitebeard=Roger, even though Riger had slightly better haki, voice of all things and probably slightly better sword skills, Whitebeard still had a goated Devil Fruit and all the physical stats going for him.

SP Senpai, when you get more information about Shanks and the fact that he can manifest, a new left arm, made entirely out of HAKI proves he’s even much more stronger than big Mom and Kaido combined and as a bonus if we get to see more even much more information about dragon, his powers and abilities, it will prove fact that he is also even much more stronger than Shanks because Oda always saves the best for last.

@smiercodka641, maybe not beat as he got some help but pretty damn close to Kaido strength in gear 5. I think the choice is justified as Mihawk is featless other than the fact that he sliced icebergs and he sent an attack with Jozu tanked. Other than that we just get word of mouth from six years ago. Even if we assume that Mihawk has all 3 advanced hakis and is the most skilled swordsman, Luffy is still better. Luffy has all the haki, awakened god tier devil fruit and has goated strength, durability and speed. I can only assume Mihawk is pretty fast and can shield himself using armament but other than that I don’t think I can assume Mihawk is gifted physically unlike Luffy who probably inherited it from Garp and Dragon. So until we see more from Mihawk, Luffy wins extreme diff
@@smiecodka641 nop, it was never confirmed, because in the manga it's not a title given by oda, but it's the opinions of the people. Luffy won over kaido but it's wasn't a fair 1v1.
