guys what they meant by 4D is that this is a movie that would be in one of those "4D theatres" where you sit in those chairs that move, blow air at you, spray water, etc to make you more engaged in the movie. So artist had to sculpt those parts you see in the video using 3 dimensions. Then an animator added a 4th dimension. And then it got squashed down to 2-D + time dimension for your viewing pleasure.
