@@binhquang9802 Contractors will know what I meant by that. I've had people balk at a flat service charge for things that take me a short time to do. Thing is, they'd be willing to pay a full day's wage to someone who does it slower. But they think they should pay me less cause I'm way faster than the other guy. If it's the same job being done, it has the same value. It's billed per the task at that point. Why pay someone more to go slower doing the same thing? In this example, I'm comparing work of equal quality. When I was new in the field, it took me longer to achieve good quality. Over a decade later I can achieve good quality in a much shorter time. Should I be paid less for being more efficient and skillful? Many think so, and I think it's rather silly to think that way. Some of the guys in this vid are doing multiples of the work of others, but I promise they're not getting paid multiples, maybe a small percentage more. Unfair, really. Sorry for rambling. Carry on. :)
@@binhquang9802 I think you don't got insoporous9978s saying. What he means is: When someone is doing his work in for example 10 minutes (where other people need double time maybe) then you don't pay for the 10 minutes. You pay for the 10 years of experience this worker has so he was able to do the work faster than someone else.
Years ago, I worked at a hospital, which was having major construction, renovations and additions done. The administration told the construction company, "NO NOISE AND NO DUST!" Yeah, good luck with that.
a few years ago, i was in a hospital for a few weeks for surgery. There was renovations going on, as well as some stuff getting updated/refreshed, and the building got expanded. The noise was hard to cover which i found understandable, i could tell that they did try to keep it to a minimum. But there was not a single bit of dust anywhere near me. Safe to say they really did absolutely everything they could to avoid dust and noise from getting into the places where patients were recovering.
Amazing skills these fine folks have acquired over the years that's what u are paying for not long it takes to hit the hammer to complete the job But knowing where to hit the hammer to complete it !!
Exactly! You are definitely a skilled worker. Experience and skills are what matter most. It's not about doing it quickly, but doing it correctly and accurately.

Boy you never knew any Okies ,thats how they patched a tire with too many holes in it , put a worn-out tire on the inside that would hold air and your good to go!
Why would you put a second tyre inside the original one? It's not going to be separately inflated, utterly pointless. The only reason I can think of would be for a run flat type situation, but then you're going to destroy two tyres instead of one! It makes absolutely zero sense.
It's for shipping, you can get twice as many in a container for export if you double them up, making shipping cheaper, do it a lot when shipping to Africa and mid east where labour is cheap

5:25 creative way to drill walls without dust, very useful
Some say you're only paying for like ten minutes of work if they're quick.
No, you're paying for ten years of work, so they can get it done that fast.
I can pay more if they do a good job.

It also spreads the beads apart making it easier to get the tire to seal against the wheel during inflation.
