This song reminds me so much of my husband. I originally met and dated him as a teenager and our connection was so intense it scared me and I left. I ended up spending 16 years in a abusive relationship after him (I use to see him all over the city over the years) and when I finally left my toxic relationship we reconnected as adults when we were both 35 and our connection was even more intense.
