If you use quality balloons, the round balloons will easily last a couple weeks. The 260s used to make the leaves only look good for a couple days though. You could make the leaves out of paper or faux greenery instead of the 260s and the carrot would last a couple weeks. Try to keep the balloons out of direct sunlight as that degrades the latex faster.
