SEE.. Hongseok has his cheat days and eats whatever he wants. He’s not always working out and dieting guys..he does restrict himself because he loves being fit and healthy. But when he gets cheat days..he fully enjoys good and not so healthy foods too. HE KNOWS HOW TO BALANCE HIS LIFESTYLE AND FITNESS.
I mean it’s okay to be concerned and worried, BUT LOOK AT HIM..he makes time to eat well too and not always work out. He knows his body well and RTK schedule was hectic for all the members. But now they can rest and eat well especially Hongseok. One thing we all know about him is he really truly enjoys fitness/working out and does it every single day. He’s going to keep doing it because he likes it. Just remember that pls! He’s showing us that he can balance himself well with his fitness/diet/health..he does EAT WELL...but he also can restrict himself when he has to if they have a performance or if he has to show his body. Remember PTG members saying..even if Hongseok’s body is ON SEASON OF OFF SEASON..his body is still nice even if he doesn’t diet..he still works out well. His body still looks good cuz he really takes care of his body and health. 👍
