Really love your videos and have watched most of them.
First of all amazing videos and love the editing.
Possible for the future to 1. timestamp each resturant with dish name and 2. Put the location of each resturant with the timestamp in the description.
It would make it so much easier to explore those dishs and restaurants more.
Im very happy sub and will soon going to Vietnam and im really using your videos as inspiration to visit alot of food places and new dishs. So thank you very much

Think you’ll find it’s cornstarch slurry which is corn flour mixed with water and is used to thicken the soup. Sorry I didn’t know what flavour the soup is but cornstarch slurry is used to thicken most Far Eastern sauces so any soup etc. tends to be made in this way. Hope that helps.
