What a truly action packed fun vlog from the Valencia market & the Giant gecko adventure was a screamer for sure. Cheered me up watching this cool vlog/video, thanks for sharing John.

I remember a gecko falling off the ceiling on my husbands neck, shutting them in a door , etc. I felt sure that a huge cockroach was chasing me one time. I have so many memories of my time in PI.

Thank you for the market views and Marpas. Has advanced since UA-cams of Marpas Sari Sari and San Isidro sewing machines.

Thank you John and Mareis, another interesting visit to the Sunday market. The lady at the fish stall is very good, she makes a real effort to communicate with you John. That means a lot to us being in a foreign country. 'Don't Comply". How true, if we comply all the time, we are doomed as a civilisation. Agreed John? Bob n Lina. NZ.

I enjoyed much happiness in the Philippines 2018,19& 20. Then Marpas had many very tiny ants. - - I’ve changed to few carbohydrates and avoid sugars and fructose for longevity. Enjoy great salads of leafy vegetables that grow above ground; fats like avocados; proteins: eggs, cheese, nuts & seeds, excellent beef, chicken, salmon and small fish that have shorter life than tuna.

The dark-looking part inside the tuna is called the blood-line, it's ok but it has a strong iron taste so we Americans like to remove it.

I thought it had something to do with the blood, Thanks! John

We gave up eating Molmol or parrot fish. We were told they are beneficial to the coral reefs as they spend 90% of their time eating the algae off the reefs. In fact they help restore coral reefs. Love your videos!
