about peeing, it's not that normal to pee everytime you laugh and etc.. you should do **pelvic floor exercise**, it helps A LOT! this exercise helps in other areas too...

Yes u can do a lift without implants....I went from a 48ff to a 36dd after loosing weight from 660#-200#

Breast feeding made me LOSE weight and I ate so much! I’d say just listen to your body and feed it and don’t worry and slowly over time it’ll adjust

I definitely have those looking for the bathroom dreams and alllllways wake up thanking sweet baby Jesus I didn’t pee in real life and end up getting up to go. 🤣💀
Honestly those looking for the bathroom dreams are horrible. Why don’t I know, when I am dreaming about not being able to find a bathroom, that my bladder is alerting me to get up and go to the bathroom ? I wake up exhausted because I have walked miles looking for a working toilet!

I think the theme of this podcast is don't settle for unhappiness. Even if change is hard, allow yourself to make the positive changes to bring happiness back into your life.

The best thing EVER- We moved away from friends and family. It’s the best thing we have done because we communicate so well and we can teach our own kids the way we want to without opinions. I just recommend it. You can always go back home. Also we have had a slower pace life than when we lived at home. So more quality time with your spouse.
I didn't send my son to our public school because it was only half day, had been since ?, at least since my husband went in 1960. But after my husband passed away from cancer at 43 yrs young when our son was 4 years old, I re-evaluated. I called my kindergarten teacher, who was still teaching, did the testing she recommended. Found he wasn't ready, found a pre-k that was full day, and they had a great summer program too. Then are an accredited kindergarten program as well(so did that). And then he was ready, fully ready for full day 1st grade at our local public school! You decide for yourselves, but no child wins when they are not prepared for the full day of first grade! We do not live in a half day world either. If we are full time college students it is a full day, even sometimes night classes too! Work in the real world is an 8 hour shift unless we work part-time. Think about setting your children up for success. The older child in the family is not responsible for the younger child in the family throughout school years. Even often twins are separated and not in same class and in older grades not in same homeroom. Letting each child shine on their own is key and goal. They do come together when back at home. They will have their own peer group friends, etc.😊❤

Breastfeeding either makes you lose weight or some people gain weight. I’m a gainer. Breastfeeding my 5th right now currently and it’s tough I do not lose the weight until full weaning

Omg..Those bathroom dreams are for reals. I always dream that I can't find the right bathroom because they are always too dirty or the toilets don't work...then I wake up having to pee😅.

My boys would rarely want to go with their dad or me without the their brother. No alone time here especially my eldest. My husband went to the store alone a handful of times during our marriage. It was for hamburger, buns and chis for a party. I never felt like asking him, he never cleaned except for a party and never cooked unless it was grilling. So he did cars, garbage and mowing. Times have changed.

Crazy how the age range to start kindergarten is so different. My little guy has a November birthday and he started school when he was still 3! So here’s my little 3 year old starting kindergarten with kids who are between 3-5 depending on when their birthday falls
He adjusted after a few weeks and he did fine but it was definitely hard sending him!
When Julia went school it grate but did cry but now when she went college cry hard was more sad but it over and glad they are doing growing up she now 20 year old come back home was living with us going college and she want be electricianist pray for he she living with her boyfriend mom love it his mom it's awesome she not living with i miss I do see her a lot but not same work and jamba juice and is working with my husband in his private business construction, where he builds people's homes, which is really good for her incite their homes, kitchens, bathrooms and more😊

I’m going to be a first year teacher very soon! I want to create a safe place for kids & have plenty of supplies on hand for those who can’t afford them. I know some schools don’t allow teachers to create wish lists…I’m not sure the reason especially since teachers have to use their own money

Lo is so patient with Sarah. At this point, it seems like this pod is Sarah's therapy session. Well, Lo provided a very good insight although from a different context: you have to make it work especially if it's family. I just wish Sarah were a better communicator and would not constantly talk over or cut Lo off. That's my vent.
