I just use anything with a flat surface, bottle, jar, etc. Then crush it, leave it 10 minutes & chew & swallow with water.

Well hell. A little talking would have done wonders. But the norm in these kind of vids is it presuppose a bunch of skills already. Not hating on you brother, but sometimes you have to start at the beginning. I can tell if you already knew some stuff, this would be good.
However.......not me.

Chop garlic finely, then sprinkle over a little salt. Use the flat of the blade and a paddling motion to squash the chopped garlic, working your way across the pile. Scrape up the garlic into a pile and crush again, repeating this two or three times until you have a fine paste.
