I feel like since Steven has Rose's gem and we saw Steven corrupted in future, I think Rose's corruption should look a little similar, not like the normal corruptions. Like Jasper, they got a normal corruption, Rose shouldn’t.
If Rose hadn't protected Pearl and Garnet, and Amethyst was born the day the Diamonds shed their light, Rose would be the only survivor. I imagine her catching the corrupted Pearl like a moth flying endlessly in the sky, Garnet would be a humanoid with a square head with ice and fire side on her arms, she's always making uncomfortable noises. Then Rose poofs the two to throw them in the healing gem pool.
