I am still holding my umidigi A7 pro, as a second device, and it's still going strong. Steel frame and gorilla glass front and back and mediatek a23 processor but it is getting long in the tooth.
Been seeing more devices popping up lately with these Unisoc processors inside of them. Hadn't ever heard of that company prior to the chip shortage. Curious if they're going to start launching flagship SOC before too long.
@@fraghead9813 My S22 Ultra just now got the April security update. As far as the Umidigi A11 Pro Max Some of the specs are: 6.8" FHD+ display Sony 48MP Triple Camera Helio G80 Gaming Processor Up to 8GB RAM & 128GB Storage And much more. Can't name them all here. I have an Unboxing on my UA-cam channel.
I was turned off by the 720p screen and the UNISOC CPU. I think it's a step down from the A11 Pro Max 🙁. Other than that, I love how clean the build of Android is on Umidigi phones. Besides Zello, it looks pretty stock to me 🙂
Yeah even for the price I think 1080p is the minimum these days and can't be very expensive of an addition. I have no idea what the CPU brand means. Everybody laughed at Mediatek and they started putting out excellent chips. I have very little knowledge of Unisoc though. As far as I know they only supply the corporate security phone markets and "tough phones" things like that. Sort of a good thing for durability and security by obscurity but as far as performance.... Not so much.
@@tysonfuryisthekingofwakand9208 true, but the 1080p screen does look nicer (I have a WQHD screen and when placed next to a 1080p it does look clearer) 🙂
Hi.I watch a lot of your videos, there great, and into the point!. I have the Umidigi A11 pro max, nice looking phone, nice specs, and great price. But i hesitade for a while,to buy it.But finally got it,but the issues is,the screen goes black,in different settings with the phone. And i read,a lot of people have the same problem.Have you had,any problems withyours. They hardly do any updates.
To me hands down the best hardware on budget devices at this price point. Bought my mom the Umidigi A7 Pro 2 years ago and she still uses it occasionally.
Not something I would expect with its price, at my region it was $360. Says 8GB of ram.. But it runs worse than my two previous Androids, one with 4GB of ram and one with 6GB of ram yet they both outperformed this thing straight. Never have I seen a brand new phone that managed to crash every single app on it, to a point that it restarted itself 7 times in the first 12 hours of ownership. The system itself seems troubled and conflicted, not to mention the god awful Android 12 access blockage to the data folders. Looks like I chose the worst time to switch back to Android, I fear that this will be the impression of the system for a long period of time

@J.Williams You should try out Umidigi A11 Pro Max. The best budget phone money can buy.
I need a new food stamp phone. This looks good
Thanks, nice video. I am a fan of umidigi. Would love to hear how the speakers sound next time.

i switched from using the a7 pro last month because i could endure its lags and hangs anymore lol
Still mine as well. Will change to the A13 next month

This device looks promising.. looking forward to the camera and video samples. 😀
I've been looking this phone but hadn't seen any reviews until this one so thank ypu! Also like your style of review so am now subscribed 🙋🙋
So it has video image stabilization. Some people are telling me that their version of the A13 pro doesn't have it. Interesting. Great video. Thanks.
That blue is straight 🔥!!!! Great video and review mate!!!
Great review. Just wanted to know if you can you mirror the Umidigi a13 pro max 5g android 12 to a computer monitor with HDMI cable?
I currently use Umidigi A11 Pro Max and was wondering if should buy the A13 but figured I should get Jay's professional opinion first 👍🏿
can it stand like the iphone
Umidigi makes some really good phones lately. I have the Umidigi 11 Pro Max and for the price you really can't beat it.
Whats the specs on that beast? I'm kinda curious haha this whole lack of updates on my s22 ultra is killing my buzz...

Hope there’s a max version coming.

@@benjmiester The A11 Pro Max and even A9 Pro were 1080p. 720p is barely acceptable on tablets these days
@@tonymarenno9568 It's pretty ancient technology. I wouldn't want to use it for anything less than basically free
I bet you can't tell a 720p screen from a 1080p screen.

Yes the clicking sound was annoying. Thank u for turning it off finally.
$160 is a steal for this device.
Very nice phone but i miss the Oled Display Even as a cheap phone.

Beautiful phones when they work, but one big problem they never heard of customer service. For that reason I would never buy one again

The loud clicking is terrible lol. For 160 it’s not a bad deal.

It's funny how this brand continues to sell these type of device and be in business. Another cool device is the blu g91 pro max
